After some cellular issues with my iPhone, Darwin also helped fix our extremely outdated plan, hooked us up with amazing prices, great plans and taught us how to navigate every part of it. He was very smart, clear, concise, and it felt more like we were grabbing a beer than dealing with customer service. I definitely won’t be going to any other company or location for anything phone related. He gave me his contact information for any trouble or future needs, and he even helped set things up for FirstNet for my father who’s a first responder.
