She was able to meet our request and sent us photo after the grooming session. We recently moved and were in search for a new groomer. Glad we found this place and we plan on being a regular! Highly recommended!

He needed a little extra patience and special attention, and the staff was beyond accommodating. They were knowledgeable, calm, and so helpful every step of the way. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely positive and manageable. We left feeling grateful and supported. Highly, highly recommend!

Her empathy and compassion is unmatched Sydney is the sweetest, kindest, most wonderful soul that I have ever met and it was during one of the most difficult times of my life Our beautiful sweet dog Lucky had to be put to sleep and it was one of the most difficult decisions we ever had to make My fur baby was suffering He was in so much pain. He couldn’t walk. He wouldn’t eat or drink. VEG put us in a private room. They gave us all the time we needed. Sydney took care of us as if we were her own family. I requested Dr Fiore as she had helped save my dog Porsche a few weeks prior. She said it would be her honor. She examined him and explained the situation. She explained the steps before and during it. We were all crying and Dr Fiore and Sydney were so comforting to us. The experience was as good as it could be considering the situation. After it was over Sydney asked us to tell her about Lucky. She made paw prints and nose prints and again asked us if we needed more time. She was an angel. I just want everyone to know the humanity and kindness that VEG Carle Place on Glen Cove Road showed my sweet Lucky and my family. We couldn’t have found a more compassionate group of people to help us through one of our most difficult moments. Thank you Dr Fiore, Sydney and the entire staff of VEG ER Carle place. Sydney you have the most difficult job and you handle it with such humanity, kindness, and such innate caring. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are an incredible human being.

251 Voice Rd, Carle PlaceI was looking at different schools because my dog she is apart of the American Kennel Club. As I was going through the AKC website they recommend different types of schools and the type of school I want for my dog was agility.
When I went to Martial ARFS, they were so welcoming, so kind and sweet. I have a disability and they took their time with me. Not only that, but we just walked in and Nicole ask me if I wanted to make an appointment and I said Yes! Nicole asked me if I had the time today and I said I did. Nicole emailed me the paperwork and said that my appointment will be at 5:30 that evening.
While filling out the paperwork Rachel came up to me and asked me how is it going and I explained to her that I needed help. RA helped me feel. Rachel kindly explained everything and the stuff that I wasn't able to.
Rachel showed me and my dog how to use the tools in agility a dog was having a BLAST with Rachel. Then allow me to run the truck with her. I had so much fun. My dog had a Blast. I am bringing my dog, it does cost money and if I had a job, it would be very easy to come up with the means but I only get my little check once a month so it's going to take me a little bit. The prices are worth what you receive.
The staff here also show that they are friendly, loving and caring to the pups and show them how to have a good time while they are learning and teaching the humans how to teach the dog correctly in a way that they can understand and grow as dogs.
