We had a month of separation anxiety training, all virtual where we (Nina and I - with the help of Michael) had homework 4+ days out of the week and had the opportunity to meet with him once a week, and Nina has been a A+ student thanks to his homeworks and amazing punctual time management! I could not recommend Michael enough!!!!! He was the best, super supportive and positive, always replying whenever we needed to ask questions and just very kind and a loving dog person ❤️? We definitely will be keeping in touch with him, he’s the best 10/10 recommend!

133 Mineola Blvd, MineolaOn the bus to work I tend to pass this quaint little place with its homey decor reminiscent of an Italian country villa on its storefront.
Oh my day off I decided to pass by and enter, it's an amazing little place where you are hit with the visuals of fresh pasta alla carta being handmade by the two pastificos handrolling pasta, a display case filled with the 7 different pasta options and an array of pasta sauces.
Each pasta is labeled in the display case with recommended pasta pairings.
My favorite pasta since I was a kid has always been fusilli the second I saw that I knew I had to get it.
As it is alla carta you are free to choose from different sauce options I chose Funghi E Tartufo which is a mushroom based sauce with an addition of meatballs which is one of the 5 protein based options on the menu.
To top off the meal I ordered their homemade tiramisu which did not disappoint but the presentation could have been better.
I have been excited to try this place and it did not disappoint it's the most delicious pasta I've ever had.
The only tip i'd give is the young gentleman cashier who greeted me to offer beverages as seeing imported Italian beer is a rarity in the town of Mineola which I had ordered after seeing a Peroni.
Other than that I sure hope this place survives as it offers some of the best fresh food you can ask for.

The staff is nice and the store has a nice environment, their food looks great too so I'll definitely come back another time to order food and try some more drink flavours.

303 Willis Ave, MineolaCame here for my boyfriend's birthday on a Wednesday night and it was perfect! The bartender was so sweet, I told her we were celebrating him, and she offered us some yummy bruschetta and shots for the birthday boy! We had a blast. We watched the end of some playoff games on the big screen tvs. We will be coming back!
