“My family and I came to make a return from an online purchase my older son made for me for my birthday. We had the pleasure of meeting Datrell, a sales associate, and he exceeded our expectations. He saw and understood each of our needs based on our field of work, even my youngest son, who has two different-sized feet. He had the time and patience to explain everything, down to the numbers on each style of sneakers and why they are numbered. He literally had the balance, no pun intended, to tend to us and other customers who came into the store without making us feel ignored. He managed the floor with such precision, as New Balance would, and I was truly, truly impressed. The manager, Justin, made the right choice in hiring him to his team.
