“this shop is the best. would never bring my car anywhere else. went to dealerships and they said they did work that was not done. went to advanced and they corrected the problems dealerships charged me for and never corrected. honest great work which they stand behind . always explain what is the problem with your car and what would be needed to correct the problem. honest and quality work for sure”

“Was driving from CT to PA for the Thanksgiving holiday to visit family, and had had some work done on my car before our road trip began. On our drive we started hearing a concerning noise coming from where I had just got work done. Called a couple of places in town, as we were over two hours from home and never been in this area and everyone was busy and couldn't take a look, Owen's was the only place that said they could take a look, even knowing we've never been a customer before. We headed over and one of their guys took a look at what was going on. He assured us we were safe to continue our trip. I couldn't begin to express my gratitude for them taking the time despite being busy to check everything out to make sure we could safely make it to Thanksgiving.”

“Gentleman behind the counter tonight was super honest. I left an extra twenty on the counter when I asked to fill $40 in my tank and didn't realize in my hurry. The gentleman walked it out to my car, confirmed the amount and handed me back my extra $20. Happened Saturday Sept 21 2019. Would return if in area based on that experience. Brightly lit, fast pumps, seemingly clean inside. Would recommend.”

“The customer service was fantastic! After having a not-so-good day getting a flat tire and a dented rim, Steven was very kind in fixing my tire. Steven was able to pop the metal rim back into place by hand, so we were able to avoid the expensive costs of replacing the tire as a whole! He also replaced my headlight free of charge. A very helpful staff. They made my day so much better!”
