Eckler wanted $1400 for the same part that I got a steering column galore for half the money steering column came complete and it was a simple swap. There is no problem about exchanging the steering Columns it all worked out perfectly for me thank you steering Collins galore!”

They checked my old one and while I waited, 3 gentlemen said,” Good Morning, how you doin?” The first gentleman returned quickly and got me a new replacement battery, explaining that the old one was cooked and had 2 cells missing. “Joe did a great job with a minor repair to my vehicle (replacing a left side mirror that was badly damaged) and was helpful and accommodating, even getting the repair done faster so that I could get to work on time when I was later to the shop than expected due to being unfamiliar with the location and being guided to the shop’s old address in error by Google Maps. The repair itself looks very sturdy and he was able to order and paint the necessary parts within just a few days’ time.”

Offered to send a driver but I got a jump and when I showed up, he had battery in stock, loaned me tools to swap out the batteries, needed a few extra things like rods and nuts for the battery hold and he gifted them. Just great customer service all around.”
“I typically make an appointment when I take my car to B £ C but the other day a light came on in my car and I just happened to be driving by so I stopped in. I thought it was just a brake light I needed but then the young guy, Dan, noticed I hadn’t put on my new registration sticker and that I was due for an inspection! He was so enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. After replacing a small bulb and a screw for my license plate I was ready to go. It was so quick and convenient. All the attention to those details just made my life so much easier that day! Thank you”

“My 23 year old son became stranded just off the Taconic Highway last night around 11 p.m. I live in Washington state so when my son phoned me saying his car had broken down, I was distraught. We were so fortunate that Valley Towing and Adam the driver and owner responded to my son's situation via AAA. I am forever grateful as Adam arrived before the 56 minutes AAA told us it would take. He transported my son's car and my son back to Poughkeepsie and not only tried to leave the car at the garage my son requested, but took him home when they found the garage closed.
