Once I explained that it was my only vehicle the extremely nice lady on the phone, think her name was Sherry, found out they had a cancelation and told me to come now. “After having been rear ended and trying to find a place to get an estimate for the insurance company Dan at TACS Autobody stepped out and knocked it out of the park. They fit me in the same day and were courteous, knowledgeable and quick! The insurance company accepted their estimate with no questions and they issued my check. Calling around so many shops would not even look at my car for two weeks. “As much as I usually don’t trust Mavis discount tires, the Mavis discount tire in valatie ny is my go to for when I have to take my fleet vehicles in for repairs and oil changes. They know how to run the system. They’re really good at inspecting the vehicle and making sure everything is in proper working order and get things done in a very timely manner and it’s one of the few Mavis discount tires I’ve been to where the employees are actually very polite and knowledgeable, as to what my needs are for my vehicles and can get me in and out in a matter of only a few hours on a Thursday after work when they’re open late so I can get the truck out same day and go back to work the next day”

They’re always quick to get your car in and they explain what’s wrong in a way that even a car novice can understand. They’re also flexible with pick-ups and drop-off times so it’s really convenient. I was in a tight spot and from the moment I met Ray, he set me at ease. It was my first time at 577 Auto, Ray was very professional and courteous, but more importantly for me, trustworthy. Walked me through the process, made recommendations for after the work was completed and how to stay on top of the issue to prevent it from happening again. “We were traveling to Michigan when othe engine in our Honda Pilot began running rough and the emission light came on. We searched for a local auto mechanic and found Burns and Son just a few miles away. We called and they said to drive right over and they would check things out. When we arrived, Mike came right out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to order the needed part and put it in immediately when it arrived.While we waited for the part, he kindly pointed us in the right direction to grab some lunch. “I have an older Heavy Duty Truck whereby a small plastic piece on the Radiator had broken.Empire had the part, which is no longer available. It was dark, 6:30 at night and Empire said “run on down here and it’s yours”. If you have a radiator issue you’ll definitely want to use Empire. Got me back on the road at night, in the winter. Thank you.”

“Had a noise in C class RV at a certain speed. Long drive shaft 2 piece, They found it was twisted a bit, They cut the tubing out put heavier wall in with all new Spicer joints. Did this all in 2 days. Solved my problem”

“I stopped in to get a price on a 4 post lift, I spoke to a gentleman who had all the information I needed. The staff are Extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my questions. As I was leaving I realized my 32 Ford blew a brake line and the staff tried to get me a rollback truck to tow me home but ultimately we ended up fixing it in the parking lot. The staff would not take no money for helping me out, but if this is the way they treat new customers they absolutely have a customer in me for life. That is old school service at its finest, thank you again for your amazing help and hospitality. From my experience trust Total Tool as a company that puts service 100% ahead of everything.
