“I have used 3 other compound pharmacies and this one is by far the best! I lost track of how much of my compounded cream I had left and ran out, but they thankfully filled it very quickly. The formulation of the cream is also the best I have received. It is uniform and consistent, which is sometimes hard to find. They also ship if you are unable to pick up at their location. “Everyone here is always nice and personable without making the line last forever. I've been sick for a month and have had to pick up different prescriptions here 4 separate times, the last time was 7 different scripts. They're always nice and patient and the pharmacist took the time to answer my questions about all the different prescriptions.”
“My eye doctor called in a prescription for me because my regular pharmacy could not fill it. They called me to tell me that the co-pay would be $300. I told them to hold off filling it because I wanted to call my insurance company. When I called the insurance company they told me that the price was high because I had not met my deductible for the year. They offered to get the price from their mail order pharmacy, but when they tried to do so the system could not generate a price because Walgreens still had it in their system. I called Walgreens back to get them to deactivate the prescription and when the man was talking to me he asked if anyone had mentioned the grant. We talked about it and he took my information to see if I qualified. I did qualify and he was able to get this filled at no cost to me. If it had not been for this man taking the time to try to help a customer, then I would have had to pay. I wished I had gotten his name; thank you for taking that further step. I deeply appreciate the great customer service!”
“The people at this Walmart pharmacy are very helpful and friendly. I had to switch a script that CVS continuously had trouble getting over to Walmart and now I'm thinking of switching all my scripts to here. I do have trouble with the online ordering and tracking of scripts, but the interaction with the actual pharmacy people here is really great and they really do go above and beyond. I'm not used to this type of good customer service and it's great when it happens!”

“My first time using this pharmacy. Its a small pharmacy in the lower level of Albany Damian House. Initially was not completely comfortable using it. But they understand the urgency of needing your scripts and as its more of a speacialty pharmacy keep complete open communication about your meds and the status. They are very professional yet personable. Its very clean and orderly as well.”

“I was in the neighborhood for a local poker game, and realizing that I was about to show up without munchies to share I stopped in here. It was conveniently located to whatever "downtown" area this is (I am not from the area), though the traffic patterns led to some odd drivers trying to get in and out. The store was nice and bright and the signs that hang on the end of every aisle made it easy to find just what I was looking for. In case you are wondering, Oreos and Goldfish crackers make excellent accompaniments to poker night and a soothing comfort to drawing hand after hand of lousy cards.”

“This review is regarding the CVS pharmacy located at 415-417 Delaware Avenue in Albany, NY. I think the CVS store itself is terrific! It is always clean, the aisles are always clear, it is usually well stocked and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is hit or miss. If you are lucky enough to be there while the pharmacist Michael is working then you are definitely going to have a positive experience as he is super friendly, very knowledgeable and always willing to answer your questions or give a helping hand in any way he is able. CVS should know and recognize how lucky they are to have a fantastic model employee such as Michael and his efforts should not go unnoticed! However, there is another pharmacist that works on occasion that I do not think as highly of. But that is all I will say about her due to the fact I do not want to be treated any worse than I already am when she is working.”

“Had to pick up several prescriptions, and the pharmacy staff was very helpful and answered all the questions I had very thoroughly. There was a line of cars at the drive-through, probably because or was so cold outside, so I parked a went inside, and only had to wait for one customer in front of me. The staff was working really fast to get people in and out, and it only took a few minutes to finish. Everyone was very professional and even friendly.”

If you call you have to leave a message for the pharmacy team to call you back and they always call back within the hour. I had tried another local pharmacy across the road but getting my medications was like pulling teeth, I absolutely dreaded going there every month. I went back to CVS where everyone is always warm, friendly, fast and efficient. Seriously, great job pharmacy team!
