βI've came here a few times with my husband for a vaccine. The staff is very professional, Chelsea I believe was prompt and knowledgeable.Very pleasant. The building was a bit difficult to find.β
βI have used 3 other compound pharmacies and this one is by far the best! I lost track of how much of my compounded cream I had left and ran out, but they thankfully filled it very quickly. The formulation of the cream is also the best I have received. It is uniform and consistent, which is sometimes hard to find. They also ship if you are unable to pick up at their location. Thank you so much to the compound pharmacy team!β
βOnly supermarket I will do my shopping. Always buy my cold cuts there. Slice the meats and cheeses exactly the the way I like it. Friendly employees and great service! Usually well stocked shelves. Great floral/plants display area, good selections.β

βWhile searching for medicines made with halal ingredients,we came across Shifa Pharmacy.They offer plant based, gelatin free medicines.Their prices are also comparatively affordable.The pharmacist is very helpful and provides excellent information.In addition to medicines, they also carry some essential everyday items.β

βEveryone here is always nice and personable without making the line last forever. I've been sick for a month and have had to pick up different prescriptions here 4 separate times, the last time was 7 different scripts. They're always nice and patient and the pharmacist took the time to answer my questions about all the different prescriptions.β
βI shop there some for non-pharmacy items. Using the extracare cards makes it more affordable than it would be otherwise. Store brand items are good quality. They are expensive without the card.β

βMy eye doctor called in a prescription for me because my regular pharmacy could not fill it. They called me to tell me that the co-pay would be $300. I told them to hold off filling it because I wanted to call my insurance company. When I called the insurance company they told me that the price was high because I had not met my deductible for the year. They offered to get the price from their mail order pharmacy, but when they tried to do so the system could not generate a price because Walgreens still had it in their system. I called Walgreens back to get them to deactivate the prescription and when the man was talking to me he asked if anyone had mentioned the grant. We talked about it and he took my information to see if I qualified. I did qualify and he was able to get this filled at no cost to me. If it had not been for this man taking the time to try to help a customer, then I would have had to pay. I wished I had gotten his name; thank you for taking that further step. I deeply appreciate the great customer service!β

βWhen I called on the phone to see if my daughter could get her prescription filled there that her usual pharmacy did not have Jacqueline was extremely nice and helped me set up a profile for her so that I could get the medicine easily however what I do not like about the pharmacy is that you have to have a consultation even if you already know how to use the medication they do not ask you do you need a consultation? They force it upon you Another thing that I really did not like was when I came in as I am new to this pharmacy, I stood in front of the pick up window where there was somebody waiting to help. She was not friendly at all, she did not greet me and said she said Iβll be with you in a moment and then when I was still standing there, she looked up at me and said actually in a rude way can you go wait by the exit sign me being new to the pharmacy had no idea where the exit sign was,and as soon as I stepped back, another pharmacist yelled out can I help the next person a gentleman behind me who came after me tried to go in front of me and I had to excuse myself and tell him I was there first I was helped without a problem, but I felt like as a new customer this is no way to treat people. I was actually thinking about switching my pharmacy to Walmart until this interaction.β

βThe people at this Walmart pharmacy are very helpful and friendly. I had to switch a script that CVS continuously had trouble getting over to Walmart and now I'm thinking of switching all my scripts to here. I do have trouble with the online ordering and tracking of scripts, but the interaction with the actual pharmacy people here is really great and they really do go above and beyond. I'm not used to this type of good customer service and it's great when it happens!β

βMy first time using this pharmacy. Its a small pharmacy in the lower level of Albany Damian House. Initially was not completely comfortable using it. But they understand the urgency of needing your scripts and as its more of a speacialty pharmacy keep complete open communication about your meds and the status. They are very professional yet personable. Its very clean and orderly as well.β

What an awesome place very knowledgeable pharmacists always willing to help, and the staff is right there to help you to find anything you need if you live in the Delmar area or even Albany, New York, I would highly recommend using this pharmacy. βThe Walmart pharmacy on Hoosick Road in Brunswick, NY, unlike the better part of the rest of the store, is staffed with competent professionals. A problem with this store is that a growing number of items (flashlights, shaving cream, toe nail clippers) are being placed behind locked glass security doors, meaning you'll have to pester an associate to open these doors, then stand there while you decide which item to buy, making both parties feel stupid. Instead, they should put ALL such items in one closely-watched area. C'mon, Walmart: when are you gonna finally get the hang of retail? I guarantee that this insultingly distrustful practice is costing you more in sales than it's preventing in theft (something about which I'm sure Target is grateful).β

βI pulled a doozy and only packed just enough of my medication for my trip when I was unexpectedly stranded in NY for an extended period. The pharmacist at Hannaford was so helpful and filled my medications. She even helped me get them at a discounted price without having to file through my insurance since going through that process would have been extremely grueling with needing prior authorization, etc. I am so thankful for the grace given and help and understanding received since these are medications that are necessary to prevent seizures. We need more pharmacies like this. <3β
βI needed a receipt reprinted from 10 days ago. Every employee in the store, on the phone and in person, was extremely courteous and helpful. They took the time to work with me and were able to reprint my receipt, which was extremely helpful to me. The store is clean and stocked. I moved my prescriptions to this location and am glad I did. The pharmacy staff is also wonderful. They are patient when busy while still being efficient. They take the time to answer questions and check in when prompted. I am very happy with this location and plan to continue shopping here.β
