They added little, missing pieces without charging me and walked me through the engine and underpart of the car—And it was the key that was broken! They surely went above and beyond. They also finished the work on my car $100 below estimations; I cannot recommend enough!”

“I'm writing because I read the review of the gentleman who purchased the (I think) Nissan truck in 2015. I have no idea about what happened and wouldn't presume to judge. I DID buy a 2006 Toyota Highlander from them in 2010. It had 66,000 miles and now has 190,000. No problems. Yes I know it's mostly the car but I got a good price and good care afterward. I do most of my work at Van Allen, buy tires, batteries, brakes, etc. Get body work done. Never had a problem with these folks. Good people.”
“I took my recently purchased Tiguan (not from Cooley VW… sadly) to have a “driver contact door switch” issue addressed and from first walking in - Sydney, Brian and Kim or Lisa (forgot name) were amazing!!! The mechanics sent a video to go along with them telling me what was wrong with my car, which was wonderful! “Bought a car here right around 11 months ago. I can now say confidently this was a solid buy. It’s a body/repair shop, so you are usually looking at salvage or crash repairs, but this is their business and they do decent work. It’s not concours restoration, but pricing is fair and the repairs are done with good workmanship.
Literally the only repair I had to do was add a few ounces of refrigerant, but I found no leaks. Honda’s factory charges are sometimes a little off, so this could have been caused by charging the system “by the book”.”

“There's a lot of people that I owe gratitude back in the old days a lot of them taught me about Osborne Street they're good people they're not Short change the different straight answers many of the people the older folks that are no longer with me talk to me about Osborne there's people I've known on 2nd Ave all my life that are gone and there's a person I play football on 2nd Ave and Osborne when they give it to you straight versus the corporate always give them something $5 couple dollars cuz I've been going to them all my life with people they always told me take it to Osborne dealerships I know you're trying to eat but Osborne will give it to me straight since day one back in a junkyard dog Days jyd of wrestling and for the people we've lost and ladies God bless Osborne it's like the only memory of second Ave I have left”
