“I am extrenely satisfied with my experience at Michael's Auto Plaza in East Greenbush, particularly due to the exceptional service provided by Johnny. He went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction with the purchase, addressing all concerns thoroughly and efficiently. His patience throughout the process was greatly appreciated. Overall, the car buying experience was outstanding. Although it is unlikely that circumstances will change, I will update this review as necessary. I highly recommend Michael's Auto Plaza; should you visit, I suggest requesting Johnny for an outstanding service.”

“I can’t think of any ways my experience could have been better! I am new to the area and to owning a Volvo. Cory and Randall were welcoming, helpful, and quick to take me in. They added little, missing pieces without charging me and walked me through the engine and underpart of the car—And it was the key that was broken! They surely went above and beyond. They also finished the work on my car $100 below estimations; I cannot recommend enough!”

“If you need a vehicle go no place other than Metro Mike. I got into an accident and unfortunately my car was totaled. A friend of mine told me about Metro Mike so I checked it out. I couldn’t be happier that I did. No lie this was the easiest most stress free vehicle purchase of my life. Mike worked with me and around my schedule. And got me into an amazing Mazda CX-5. I couldn’t be happier. It’s nice to deal with a down to earth no BS guy. I will absolutely be recommending Metro Mike to everyone I know. Thanks again Mike I appreciate it”

“Picked up a customer who broke down on I90 and did not know who to call. I called Albany Battery and they took the customers car eight in. Every other garage I called said they were over booked. This is a great garage to deal with.”

“I'm writing because I read the review of the gentleman who purchased the (I think) Nissan truck in 2015. I have no idea about what happened and wouldn't presume to judge. I DID buy a 2006 Toyota Highlander from them in 2010. It had 66,000 miles and now has 190,000. No problems. Yes I know it's mostly the car but I got a good price and good care afterward. I do most of my work at Van Allen, buy tires, batteries, brakes, etc. Get body work done. Never had a problem with these folks. Good people.”

“I took my recently purchased Tiguan (not from Cooley VW… sadly) to have a “driver contact door switch” issue addressed and from first walking in - Sydney, Brian and Kim or Lisa (forgot name) were amazing!!! The mechanics sent a video to go along with them telling me what was wrong with my car, which was wonderful! I will for sure be having all my vehicle work done here on out and advise anyone who values their time money and honesty to do the same. Thanks you guys SO MUCH!!!”

“We traveled from Danbury, CT to purchase a 2016 Crosstrek for our daughter. We couldn't be more pleased with the condition of the car which presented as new. The quality of service was amazing as John and Steve were a pleasure to work with. They were welcoming and friendly and we even exchanged some fun stories. We would definitely consider buying another car from Quail Auto as it was the best car buying experience ever!”

“Called this company last week for a tow to a auto dealer. Needed a key made for a car. The gentleman had suggested a locksmith and provided me the contact phone number. The gentleman was so polite and helpful and was able to save me quite a bit of money. He could of easily towed the car to the dealer instead of giving me a suggestion to save some significant money. I cannot thank him enough for his help and honesty. I really appreciate your help!!!”

“John made buying a car such a smooth and easy process for me, which was really appreciated because this is my first time shopping for and buying a car on my own. He was very responsive to my messages, super polite when we met, honest and up front about the features of the car, and he gave me an amazing deal on a great car (2014 Subaru Forester). I’m so happy I found his listing and couldn’t recommend him enough.”
