Sale representative was great, process was simple enough, I did most of it online, prices and trade in offers are fair. Would recommend, but would also warn you are at the mercy of third party shipping when you pay to move a car to your location.”
“I took my recently purchased Tiguan (not from Cooley VW… sadly) to have a “driver contact door switch” issue addressed and from first walking in - Sydney, Brian and Kim or Lisa (forgot name) were amazing!!! The mechanics sent a video to go along with them telling me what was wrong with my car, which was wonderful!
