“I’ve had a positive experience since switching from sefcu back to KeyBank. This branch isn’t open as late as others but I just plan accordingly. Everyone has been helpful and very nice. ATM has always worked when I go to it unlike other comments I see below.”

The staff here are always interested in assisting their customers at any given moment. They have remembered who I am every time I go to this branch. They are friendly, professional and they never make you feel like you are intruding. And you never feel like you are an imposition asking questions they probably heard a million times. The staff always answers with a smile and always asks, before you leave, if there is anything else they can help you with. To mention the staff I have regularly dealt with are Brian, Emily,Chad and Elanda. They are the epitome of what customer service is and should be like everywhere. With recent time sensitive issues, Elanda and Chad were instrumental in getting my issue taken care of with the utmost respect to me and to my situation. In conclusion, there is no better banking institution than the North Greenbush Community Resource Federal Credit Union! Excellent service at the Trostco branch. The tellers provide friendly and efficient assistance, and the entire team offers customer service in both English and Spanish, which makes the experience much more comfortable.
I especially want to recognize Yoselyn Sutherland, an excellent Assistant Manager. With patience and professionalism, she addressed all my concerns and gave me the confidence to open my account, clearly explaining how to manage it.

“I recently stopped into this branch for the first time the other day & was helped by a woman with the last name Desmond, I believe. I was locked out of my online banking account and the customer service line proved to be useless. I was told to stop into a local Key Bank branch in order to get my account unlocked. I did as instructed, but was turned away at the first branch I visited. This Key Bank, though, was the second one I went to. Stressed & on a lunch break that was almost over, Ms. Desmond helped to calm my anxieties by helping to resolve the issue effectively. She also attentively listened to my grievances about the customer service line & the Key Bank branch that I had visited prior to coming to her location. I’m not one to write reviews, but I felt she really cared for the customer’s —my— satisfaction & totally understood my anxieties when it came to wanting to know what was going on with my money & my bank. She was amazing & even told me if I have any other issues to contact her directly, which I plan on doing if any problems arise again!”

“I had to go to Broadview credit union today, which has been my credit union for many years. I went to open a new checking account and to make a couple more adjustments on other accounts I have there. Erin was the young lady who helped me and not only was she very helpful and knowledgeable, but extremely pleasant. I see that the credit union doesn’t get the best and highest ratings, but I’ve never had an issue with them at all. Erin made this process very simple and very pleasant.”
