“So satisfied!!! After calling the Citizen's 888 and 800 numbers for the last couple of days and getting nowhere and transferred around... I decided to call the branch in East Greenbush where I opened my account as they were all helpful.
Tyler answered the phone and immediately solved my problem ? I am so appreciative!!!!!!”

“I had to go to Broadview credit union today, which has been my credit union for many years. I went to open a new checking account and to make a couple more adjustments on other accounts I have there. Erin was the young lady who helped me and not only was she very helpful and knowledgeable, but extremely pleasant. I see that the credit union doesn’t get the best and highest ratings, but I’ve never had an issue with them at all. Erin made this process very simple and very pleasant.”
“I’ve been a member of SEFCU for about 17 years. This bank/credit union isn’t like other banks in my area. I’ve had accounts at most of them in the last 20 years.First, when u swipe your debit/credit card, most banks take days for the debit to appear. If you make 5 stops and forget 3 days later, you could lose on overdraft fees.-Sefcu isn’t like that. It’s instant. Will even say pending.-Next, the sefcu bank staff are always friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable and care about your call, visit or intended goals.-The assistance is speedy. I’ve never waited more than 10 mins at a drive thru at any SEFCU branch.-I use my local SEFCU’s for everything, notarized documents, accounts, currency exchange, loans, etc.-the branches are clean, well organized, with safe parking.”

“We have been banking with the East Greenbush TD bank branch for 17 years. Everyone we have dealt with over the years has been professional, polite and competent. Nothing but a positive experience!”
“A lot of changes recently for the BETTER. New manager Mana fixed a bunch of thing ignored for years. Finally feel like I’m half appreciated in branch. Can’t thank her enough.”
