Facility has plenty of carts to help transport the items from my vehicle to the storage units.”

Shazam who was on duty at the time looked through the inventory of spaces and couldn't come up with one. I guess this is a busy time because of school breaks. Sean and Drew understood the sentimental value of what they were handling. They never rushed the process and took the time to carefully think through each step before covering, securing, and moving our piano into the van.

“My family has used this facility several times. It is an outdoor site with drive up accessibility. I never had any complications or damage to my unit. The entry hours are a bit limiting being 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. otherwise the monthly cost is fair.”

It is nice to speak with someone friendly who has a sense of humor (aka laughed at my jokes haha) when tasked with what is usually a mundane chore of making arrangements with a company for a service. “Facility storage unit was very clean when we rented it and they even gave us a new lock to use. Love that they have auto pay so I don't have to worry about it at all. Easy to get into the gate with a code and driveway area plowed and kept clean during the winter. Great location (East Schodack) for us too. Would recommend to anyone.”
