“Carlos, the manager, was absolutely outstanding! He goes above and beyond for his clients and his overall position. He was so kind and easy to talk to. Very welcoming. Clear and easy instructions. The facility is clean and HUGE! He checks the empty units daily to make sure they are in top shape. He even keeps a complimentary lock in the unit for when you moved in. And NO stairs; they have a large elevator instead. Highly recommend this facility! There are a few fees as expected. Although, it's nothing outrageous and the units are at a low and reasonable price. Thank you guys!!!”

What is really great is the facility is WiFi and very secure (gated, security fencing and cameras). Was also amazed at how easy it was to maneuver the moving truck within the confines of the facility, Plenty of room! Highly recommend the facility to anyone in the area.”

“I rented 2 U-Boxes to ship some stuff to Rochester. U-Box was way more affordable than PODs and others at only ~$1500 for rent and shipping. I could also reserve everything online, and see the price without calling for a quote.The U-Boxes were delivered on time with no issue. However, they were one day late with picking them up, but for my case this was not a big deal since we weren't on a tight schedule. If you are on a tight schedule, it may not hurt to call to confirm pick-up times.”
