“When I arrived for my appointment, I forgot to bring my printouts so that the lab person would know what to test for. I was told I could email the text requests to Quest. This was not easy for me and took me several minutes as I was using my phone. Ultimately, I had to email 9 separate requests. Initially, the lab person felt a bit overwhelmed with so many emails. But she was very patient, downloaded and printed all the requests, and then administered the test. She was extremely patient with me and did a great job drawing blood. These days, very few people exhibit patience in their jobs. I commend my tester for her patience, humor, and kindness.”

“Nice people and phlebotomist does a painless job. Took one star off. If you have an appointment and can’t make, DON’T cancel. If you cancel, the system will automatically delete your other appointment. I called lab corp. Receptionists said she can’t see appointments on her computer?”
“We took our 4 year old disabled daughter this past Saturday for blood work. She needed 6 vials of blood taken. I cannot thank Ethan enough for how patient and kind he was. He made her feel so comfortable and even made her laugh during the blood draw. Normally getting her blood draw is a terrible experience in the other places, he made it the best experience we ever had. Thank you for all you do and being there!”
