The Medford location provided me with excellent ordering experience while Hauppauge and Riverhead went above and beyond my expectations with pick up. They have special pro pricing, have a huge selection and can basically get anything one needs for their flooring project in a short amount of time. For years I shopped at the big two big box stores but now I am switching my needs to this smaller flooring store chain based on the more personal experiences.”

“I purposely went to Sayville so that I could go to 30 Hamptons West. And as expected I was delighted by the experience!The second you walk in the boutique, you feel welcomed and comfortable. Maria greeted me with the warmest smile as I entered. I took my time and looked at every nook and cranny in the store because there are so many amazing finds. I am always shocked at how affordable these finds are. What added to the experience was the opportunity to have a discussion with Maria about art and about choosing just the right items to be in the boutique. Maria has such a bright aura which created such a great dialogue between the two of us. There was an amazing dresser that Maria and her team, restored and painted that I wanted so badly if I only had the available space at home. The price was amazingly reasonable! I asked how she could sell that item for that price and she said when she purchased the dresser (as well as any other items that she either restores or items that are created), she wants to pass the savings back to the consumer. How many shopkeepers do that?! Not often.If you haven’t been to 30 Hamptons West, you have to go. And if you’ve been there before, you need to go back because there are always different and amazing finds every time you go.”

“The staff gives you individual attention. I bought a bed frame a floor model. It was checked for any deficiencies. Also, my bedroom was being renovated and the bed was held in their warehouse for over a month before it was able to be delivered. When the staff delivered it, it was put together with proficiency and knowledge. One of the men also brought my mattress to the bedroom and placed it on the bed for me. I love Ethan Allen because I believe their merchandise is of the highest quality. I am 100% satisfied with the bed frame I purchased.”

“I always find something I want here, and as a minimalist, take that for what it is. While I find the books overpriced, everything else is actually a good deal, and a very curated collection of oddities but not usually creepy ones (except those scorpions). Always a great selection of essential oils and beautiful little jewelry pieces. This time I walked away with one roll-on perfume, one essential oil blend, a beautiful pair of delicate sterling silver earrings, and a big lunar moth ring.”
“There are absolutely no words that could describe the high level of quality service and professionalism that designer Carol Reitz Butler showed my father and I while helping us plan several bathrooms. During each visit, Carol was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind as we grappled with figuring several extensive projects. Several months back, my family and I suffered a terrible house fire that is requiring us to rebuild most of the house. It has been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming process.Without question, Carol made a stressful situation incredibly enjoyable. She took time to listen to all of our ideas and made wonderful suggestions along the way. Carol spent an enormous amount of time going through every single detail with us. We didn’t feel rushed at any point. In fact, Carol even gave us plenty of extra time assuring us that we walked out of the store with a full action plan in the works. We could not be more grateful for Carol’s help and guidance. We appreciate how she made us feel like the only customers in the store as she addressed our needs. Visiting the Floor and Decor in Bohemia was an absolutely wonderful experience!!!! If anyone is looking to work on a floor, tile, bathroom or kitchen project, this store is definitely for you. “I have made my purchase about a year ago and wanted to wait before sharing the full experience.To start with, the store was very clean, well lit and had a comfortable feeling much like entering the showroom of a car dealership. I was approached by a salesperson fairly quickly and he immediately began with his questions of what I thought I wanted. I was escorted around the showroom and was allowed to sample many different types of mattresses and base options.I never felt pressured into a specific option or like in most cases a higher commissioned item. I was not rushed and the salesperson was very patient. He explained the differences in options, functions and price differences.At the end of the day, I made my selection and purchase and have been very happy so far. All except the price. These beds are definitely the Cadillac of beds so expect to pay more. Much more. I am still making payments however their finance was great and no interest for 5 years which, if I make the minimum payments, it will take that long. Hard to get a great nights sleep until that bill is paid off.”
