“Staff at all the locations in suffolk are very well informed. The Medford location provided me with excellent ordering experience while Hauppauge and Riverhead went above and beyond my expectations with pick up. They have special pro pricing, have a huge selection and can basically get anything one needs for their flooring project in a short amount of time. For years I shopped at the big two big box stores but now I am switching my needs to this smaller flooring store chain based on the more personal experiences.”

“The staff gives you individual attention. I bought a bed frame a floor model. It was checked for any deficiencies. Also, my bedroom was being renovated and the bed was held in their warehouse for over a month before it was able to be delivered. When the staff delivered it, it was put together with proficiency and knowledge. One of the men also brought my mattress to the bedroom and placed it on the bed for me. I love Ethan Allen because I believe their merchandise is of the highest quality. I am 100% satisfied with the bed frame I purchased.”

“I always find something I want here, and as a minimalist, take that for what it is. While I find the books overpriced, everything else is actually a good deal, and a very curated collection of oddities but not usually creepy ones (except those scorpions). Always a great selection of essential oils and beautiful little jewelry pieces. This time I walked away with one roll-on perfume, one essential oil blend, a beautiful pair of delicate sterling silver earrings, and a big lunar moth ring.”
“I have made my purchase about a year ago and wanted to wait before sharing the full experience.To start with, the store was very clean, well lit and had a comfortable feeling much like entering the showroom of a car dealership. I was approached by a salesperson fairly quickly and he immediately began with his questions of what I thought I wanted. I was escorted around the showroom and was allowed to sample many different types of mattresses and base options.I never felt pressured into a specific option or like in most cases a higher commissioned item. I was not rushed and the salesperson was very patient. He explained the differences in options, functions and price differences.At the end of the day, I made my selection and purchase and have been very happy so far. All except the price. These beds are definitely the Cadillac of beds so expect to pay more. Much more. I am still making payments however their finance was great and no interest for 5 years which, if I make the minimum payments, it will take that long. Hard to get a great nights sleep until that bill is paid off.”

Always thinking of people walking around PJ n letting them enjoy her store. She has such unique pieces. I leave with bags. Her interior design background helps me style my house with her pieces. The customer service I receive is rare these days. She appreciates your business, which is why I forever will shop here. I want one of everything.”
