“For starters...super awesome staff. Amanda was incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone. Genevieve assisted me in person when I arrived and went above and beyond making me feel comfortable storing my items at this facility. Genevieve was also very patient answering all my questions and took the time to show me options ensuring I found the unit that was just right for me. I felt like an actual person rather than another unit number. This particular facility is immaculate! Inside and outside - well groomed property and very clean halls/units. Plenty of parking and two entrances make this a very accessible building during peak and off peak hours. My only suggestion is maybe getting slightly bigger carts. I did make these work - but sometimes it was a struggle with some of my larger furniture items. Overall A+”
“Mario in the Office was great. He was very efficient at getting things done. He actually called me to follow up and make sure everything was going well and it doesn’t matter that I am only renting a very small unit he will still come by to check that I’m satisfied with my experience with istorage”

“They told me the storage unit was accessible until 10pm. No one explained this meant you can not leave the storage unit after 10pm, I only thought it meant you can’t get in after 10pm. So we got locked in the storage unit property . I think it’s important they tell new customers the keypad denies access going out and in at 10pm. Otherwise no issues , the storage unit was temporary and was what we needed and convenient location .”
