“My experience has been top notch at this facility. Speaking with Porsha to secure the unit on the phone and dealing with Anthony at the Setauket location has been a pleasure and smooth experience. Both were very transparent about ALL the costs and details of the rental. It ends up being the same price in the end as all other facilities that post cheaper prices but hidden costs they don't tell you about. I'm so happy I secured a unit here. Very clean property and Anthony takes pride in his work.”

“Just used them on Saturday, what a great overall experience. First, they called a few days before the move. They'd checked the weather and adjusted to come earlier to beat the rain and protect our stuff. Three professionals came and got right to work disassembling and packing our stuff. Then came to the new house and placed everything where we wanted it with care and concern. We had a house full of stuff and they didn't bat an eye. Even finished under the allotted time and got us in under estimate. I've used movers before, and this experience blows them out of the water. Money well spent, will use them again!”

I felt the entire rental process was easy, both the pick up and the return agents were courteous, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the vehicle clean and ready to go. While it doesn't always happen when renting, it was almost new which was a plus.”

They recently assisted with a complex, ever changing situation for a patient of mine and could not have been more gracious. They were prompt, thorough and always responsive. “I used Lock Up on a whim many years ago when I was moving and between homes. The price was decent and the people were lovely. When I needed storage for my mom recently, I looked into a few places. Others were slightly cheaper but I didn't know them and the price difference didn't sway me. Boy am I glad I stuck with Lock Up! The (newer) staff was absolutely awesome. Friendly, kind, helpful. The management showed up when we were moving the stuff in and she was chatty but not overly so. No question about who i would use in the future.”
