“Claude and prime storage were SO helpful from the very start- from helping me determine the right size unit to walking me and my infant to help me find and access the unit for the first time!”
“Just had an amazing experience with Colin in the office. He had a wine of people and was the only person there he handled everything for all of us with patience and understanding as we all had to change our codes because they just changed ownership in front of us was the older woman who is losing two giant storage units and is late on her payments and we all had to wait while she asked 30 questions which is understandable. Colin handled it like a pro. Your company is lucky to have he like this young man.”
“Brenda was so helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me through a difficult time. She is an angel, I highly recommend her and the company!!!”
“We were looking for a clean, well lit place to put our extra storage items and we ended up at Patchogue Extra Space Storage. James was very helpful and explained all of our options and size difference. He also walked us down to show us what the different units looked like. All in all a great experience and I feel great about putting all of my belongings into storage. Thanks James for your help!”
“I purchased a unit to rent and a few days later, my moving plans changed. I called and spoke with Dennis who graciously refunded my payment. Thank you so much for your kindness Dennis. I will be sure to use Extra Space Storage in the future.”
“I am posting this review for Extra Space storage in Bohemia, Long Island, NY. Donna the store manager has been so helpful over the last couple years with helping me set up my first unit and then moving me into a bigger one. The grounds are maintained perfectly. I never have a problem accessing my unit and I do recommend keeping your precious items at this facility May 9, 2026.”
“Really enjoyed my experience this morning at Extra storage. Process was quick fast and efficient. Special Thanks to Ms.Halima for her help & answering any questions I had . If you need to put anything into storage this is the place to do so.”
“Great manager think his name Kenny or Kendal answered all my question and explained the whole change over to me as best as he could patient and very professional”
“Joe, the storquest employee is great. Very Friendly and helps you thru the process or anything u need. I've been using storquest for about 4 years now and I've never had a problem.”
“Just used them on Saturday, what a great overall experience. First, they called a few days before the move. They'd checked the weather and adjusted to come earlier to beat the rain and protect our stuff. Three professionals came and got right to work disassembling and packing our stuff. Then came to the new house and placed everything where we wanted it with care and concern. We had a house full of stuff and they didn't bat an eye. Even finished under the allotted time and got us in under estimate. I've used movers before, and this experience blows them out of the water. Money well spent, will use them again!”

“A Well-Deserved Thank You
I'd like to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee at our Oakdale, NY location — Tom.
Without me even having to ask, Tom went above and beyond to resolve a matter that was genuinely difficult to address. He handled it quickly, thoughtfully, and thoroughly. Thank you, Tom!
It's reassuring to know there are still people who care about doing the right thing — not everything is just about the bottom line.
