The facility did not have the truck but the employee working there, Andrew was able to help me source a truck at another Uhaul facility and rent everything I needed within a 15 minute drive. He then helped get everything hooked up and prepared for the drive.

I mean every single time I have needed assistance or had questions, Geno has been more than happy to help me and take the time to explain things to me. Being that I am newer to the field of working in a shop, dealing with parts and mechanics, having someone who is patient enough to work with me and take the time to explain how things work really means a lot. I can not only say I have learned new things from Geno, but his customer service skills are out of this world. Right off the bat they offered me a discount on the mileage rate without even asking and offered a truck with a lift gate, which was beyond helpful. I intially rented the truck for one day but couldn't return it in time and having the truck from Thursday to Saturday only cost $108. I highly recommend using them”

“This is a great place to rent a Uhaul, and the storage rates are reasonable. The units are clean. Lorraine and Lisa were extremely helpful and walked me through the online process of renting a Uhaul. I messed up my reservation, and they were able to straighten it out. I left stuff in the van and Lorraine called me right away and I was able to retrieve the stuff the same day. I felt like they went above and beyond for me.”
