The facility did not have the truck but the employee working there, Andrew was able to help me source a truck at another Uhaul facility and rent everything I needed within a 15 minute drive. He then helped get everything hooked up and prepared for the drive.

“The ease of picking up the rental and the friendliness and knowledge of the staff at the location was excellent. It was extremely hassle free. The location was perfect for pick-up and drop-off, being on the corner of both a major road and a quieter side road (for those potentially new to driving a rental and wanting to have a quieter stretch to get comfortable with the vehicle) and having the space to take the photos before and after renting. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area needing a truck rental!”

“I thought this was a car rental place, I must have asked the taxi driver to go to the wrong place, anyway I needed a car for the next few days and they had a 26 ft truck available so I just use that to get around, it wasnt bad, very spacious”

“This is a great place to rent a Uhaul, and the storage rates are reasonable. The units are clean. Lorraine and Lisa were extremely helpful and walked me through the online process of renting a Uhaul. I messed up my reservation, and they were able to straighten it out. I left stuff in the van and Lorraine called me right away and I was able to retrieve the stuff the same day. I felt like they went above and beyond for me.”

“When I got there in the morning the windshield was full of ice and snow I didn't have anything to clean it off with the guy did offer me a little broom but also told me I'm responsible if anything happens had to spend a half hour of my time and the gas that I had to pay for to wait for it to warm up and clear off otherwise truck was clean people were nice”

“I needed a pick-up truck for a few hours to haul away some home debris. I was fortunate to find one available at this location. I felt the entire rental process was easy, both the pick up and the return agents were courteous, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the vehicle clean and ready to go. While it doesn't always happen when renting, it was almost new which was a plus.”
