“Good and quick service overall! If you're looking to ship something the same day you should try to go earlier in the day -- it seems like the truck comes to pick up packages anywhere from 4:45-6pm. Not 100% sure but I think if you drop something off after the truck comes by then your package will be shipped out next day. I haven't had any issues here and some packages have arrived faster than I was expecting! Plus it's right next door to a cookie place :)”

“I sent 4 boxes, I was afraid because of the negative comments. But I have to tell you that everything arrived as well as I sent it. The only thing is that two of my boxes were dirty with oil on the outside. I didn't send oil, but apparently some oil was spilled near my boxes and dirty two. Everything arrived very quickly. It only took 17 days.”

Noticed Many employees at the store given great helpful feedback on personal shipments that are either antiques, import documents, sentimental value to customers.. they always give the quantity of care needed for my everyday needs… if there is any bad reviews written about this store or any of other stores they own it can’t be true…I recommend everyone to use all of the ups stores that are owned by them hands down….. shout out to Tony,Mark aka Sully ToM and Hannah and I believe the young lady is Morgan for all the hard work they do on a daily basis not just there daily tasks but dealing with customers”

I love the convenience of selling something on Facebook Marketplace, getting a pre-printed label for the package and simply dropping it off here. There is never a hassle. Much easier than dealing with long lines at our own Post Office. Twice I came here to get fingerprinted and that likewise was quick and easy. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.”

I appreciate that the dropbox is always working, there are a lot of usps places that have it fill up and get locked, then you have to go on line. I did go on line once or twice for mailing things and the employees were always helpful and courteous.”

“Small Post Office and Understaffed it seems every time I go there. Which is fine...its OK. There is always an older women there with short hair. Positive attitude and pleasant no matter how ignorant, arrogant and/or inpatient people are. SHE IS THE MVP!Also I have had issues with packages in the past not getting there when they should as of lately (understandable consdering the times) and tacking information not being updated on the website. “I've been going to this post office since 1998. The staff over the years have always been helpful and nice. Even during the toughest times of the year such as April15 tax deadline, and holidays were they are a bit tired and drained from some of the customers which I had seen ahead of me be not so nice, the employees still are kind.I did see someone write a review they were there 5 mins before closing and doors were locked. Maybe it was the one day they closed early. Maybe the person that wrote the review watch was fast. Any which way, I still think the customer service is excellent !”
