“I had never even heard of Central Park Puppies when I began searching for my Cavapoo. The site came up when I did a Google search. I never knew anyone who used them, had no referrals, and no background. All I know is that from the second I contacted Central Park Puppies, I was provided feedback, pictures, videos, etc. I dealt with Ash and she was a pleasure- her responses were quick, she had all the details I wanted, and even reached out to the breeder for additional videos of our pup. I would HIGHLY recommend Central Park Puppies! My husband and I kind of jumped into our purchase, but every step of the way was simple, straightforward, and pleasurable. It has been a little over a month that we have had our pup and I still keep in touch with Ash. She loves getting updates for all the pups she places in homes, which shows how much she cares about these puppies. “What a great selection of fresh ingredients of dog food, treats, and cakes for dogs. Sure a little expensive but it’s fresh real products, which would cost and take time a lot more if we made them at home. Worth every penny and lovely service.”

“This is the best store in NY state if not the US. I have gone to many stores and Tropical Island aquarium has it all. From rare and exotic fish to the highest end coral. For beginners it is where you must go to start off in the hobby. The reason why I say it’s the best because they have the most competitive prices for the nicest coral and exotic fish beats the highly marketed online sellers and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.”
“We all know how hard it is to find a good groomer especially for dogs with specific coats. Owning a doodle ain’t easy, and I’ve used a mobile groomer since he was 16 weeks old. His groomer was going on leave and I’ve been stressing stressing stressing about all the bad stuff you read and horrible experiences and i was really so stressed to book a thing. Through word of mouth was referred to cozy pet for Vivian. She was accommodating, she fit us in within a week or two notice, and she did an AMAZING JOB!!!! my boy had a great day, was laying on the floor when i returned to pick him up and it even took him a minute to realize mom was picking him up. He loved her, and the whole experience was super smooth being it was his first time. I love that they don’t crate in between, they finish one dog at a time (2 1/2 hrs total he was there) and i can’t thank them enough for not only doing such an amazing job but making his first impression about being dropped off somewhere a really really great one. We pre booked already and plan on becoming a long time friend of cozy pets.”

The staff members are a major highlight; they are helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely seem to enjoy assisting pet owners. I also appreciate the pet shot clinic that visits regularly. These clinics, typically managed by VIP Petcare, make it incredibly easy to stay on top of vaccinations and preventative care without the stress of a traditional vet office visit.
The grooming services are another strong point. The groomers handle my dog with care, and the results are always professional and clean. Additionally, the store's inventory is impressive. I never have to worry about the availability of my dog’s favorite treats, as they are consistently in stock alongside a great selection of high-quality food and toys. It is a one-stop shop that truly caters to local pet needs.”
“If you have an anxious dog, look no further than Amanda!!!. She specializes in German Shepherds & other anxious breeds and truly understands the breed's unique needs. My girl is incredibly nervous, but Amanda takes the time and dedication to make her feel safe and calm. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her grooming she leaves as happy as she comes in ! Sometimes she doesn’t wanna come back home with me lol I highly recommend her services! Keep up the great work! I am so happy she stayed after the new ownership ?”

“I brought my 7 month old mini golden doodle to Doggie Dons for grooming. When we arrived we were invited into the back while Don finished shaving another dog. My puppy was nervous and shaking at first but calmed down after a few minutes. When it was her turn she was calm and relaxed. They did a great job and when I picked her up a few hours later I was very pleased with her appearance. I will definitely be back in the future.”

“I’ve been a customer with Farmingville Feed for approximately 6 months. I use them to get my mini-dachshund groomed every few months. I have always been comfortable with each grooming session, and have always been pleased with how my pup looks. Laurie is friendly, attentive, and always handles my dog with care. Laurie’s grooming is always done efficiently, and my pup looks adorable and smells amazing every time! Overall, I would highly recommend Farmingville Feed to anyone in need of a professional pet grooming service that is reliable and top-notch!”

“I adopted Molly from Long Island Feline Adoption Center in January 2023 and Im glad i did and its been nothing but joy and love ever since. Molly is my first cat and I definitely was a bit nervous as I only had dogs previously and I knew the breeds were definitely different. As soon as I arrived at Feline Adoption Center Cheryll took her time to get to know me and my living situation and what I was looking for and matched me with Molly. I came in on a Monday and visited every day that week and went home with Molly that Saturday. Molly is such a sweet, beautiful and well behaved cat. Im so lucky to have her and Im so thankful to Cheryll for matching us Molly is what was missing from my life. Molly is so comfortable in her new home and its only been 5 months and I know that love and joy is only going to continue to grow as I hope she lives a long & happy life. “Was in town and needed a grooming for Aspen on short notice. Was able to lock in a time the day before and the cut was superb! Tiffany & the staff were very friendly and great communicating any delays, pick up times, & detailed on what was done at pick up. Glad they enjoyed Aspen’s silliness (you can tell they enjoy what they do). TY!!”
“I have to be honest, when looking for a rehab I skipped this one because of the low stars. The one we picked was awful. I had to pull my father out. a friend then recommended Island. When I first walked in, it was 10pm. I noticed how absolutely clean the facility was. The staff was welcoming. They made my father feel so welcomed. Everyone is so nice. They communicate every aspect of my fathers care. The physical therapists are great. The bathrooms are clean and stocked. My father is a picky eater and they do not stop trying different food so that he eats. the nurses are awesome. I can't say enough how great they all are. Not one issue. The staff answers quickly to the call button. They make sure my father is comfortable. If you are looking for a rehab for a loved one, I strongly recommend Island.”
“Dr Jeffrey Kramer, at the Commack location, was so warm and friendly. When I went to Vetco in Commack on October 28, 2024 at 5:45 pm, the doctor was totally obnoxious. I'm sure Vetco can look back and see who he was. The young man who assisted Dr Kramer, Denzel, was so kind and gentle with my 12 year old pup. I'm grateful to them both. ?”
“Planned to bring my 3 cats for flea baths while the exterminator was bombing out our home. The guy working was really knowledgeable and told me he couldn’t see any on them. I had used Advantage on them 3 weeks prior and didn’t know it would have been too soon for a flea bath if they had needed one. I’m glad he was honest because he said it could have been dangerous for my cats to get the bath. Who knows, other places might have not cared and done it anyway. He let me board them and the dogs while the exterminator took care of the fleas, very nice guy. He has a new customer”

“I've had a fantastic experience at South Shore Grooming! Janice is simply the best. I've been to several places locally, and I love how Janice only has a couple of dogs at one time, which makes me feel so much better leaving my dog there—there’s no overload of dogs. The salon is spotless, and my 10-year-old Shih Tzu can be a bit feisty, but Janice always knows just how to handle her. She comes out looking absolutely beautiful every time! Plus, Janice is impressively quick, making the entire process smooth and efficient. Thank you, Janice Chesney—my dog smells great and looks amazing! Highly recommend her services!”
