My rate was great for the size I had , rate didn’t go up .
The manager Chris often checked up on me and my storage unit to give me advice . I also felt very safe knowing he didn’t forget I was in there by myself .
I’m very efficient, however , I needed a lot of advice and without his knowledge on organizing thur move out I think I would have been lost .
I have had many storages in the past and this was the best experience I have had with a storage company .
Clean , great dry , nothing got moldy from this unit .I would use this company again .
Also … having a great manager like Chris made his experience easier for me .

“I dealt with Danielle on a clean out. I went in to the Commack Location, & they are so different then the w47th Location in Manhattan, however Danielle was very Nice and Professional. I would Recommend anyone to Store their stuff at the Commack NY Location.

“They told me the storage unit was accessible until 10pm. No one explained this meant you can not leave the storage unit after 10pm, I only thought it meant you can’t get in after 10pm. So we got locked in the storage unit property . I think it’s important they tell new customers the keypad denies access going out and in at 10pm. Otherwise no issues , the storage unit was temporary and was what we needed and convenient location .”

His packers and movers were outstanding both conscientious and expedient. The price was excellent but the service was even better.
