“Mark the manager at the Cicero, NY location was absolutely amazing. I was having a issue with door on my unit and it was going to be replaced but because it's been almost 6 months since I dropped off my key, he quickly resolved the issue by letting me move to a different unit. He is a very nice gentleman and quick to help in anyway he can.”
“Very friendly staff; clean and secure location. Able to access 24/7, and units are in great shape. I have upgraded to a larger size and the process was handled very quickly and efficiently.”

“I just moved in to an B&C storage unit. Their prices are a bit more fair than the other storage place I used in the past. I like that B&C does not force me to pay another $15 per month insurance fee and I am hoping that B&C does not continue to raise their prices every 6 months. That is not cool that other storage places continue to raise their rates even when you have been a loyal paying customer. I did not give a 5 star rating bc I would like to have a bathroom & an electrical outlet available someplace close to the units.”

Michelle has always been been so responsive and friendly. The facility is clean, safe and well maintained. It has been a huge relief to know that our items have been safe and secure. “Evan the GM at this location displays superior customer service. Lot of people should learn from him. We live in a time now where lots of businesses don’t care one way or another if they are rude or not. He cares regardless. I base my business by how I am treated wherever I go. If I don’t receive at least decent service I do not go back especially if you’re rude and have bad attitude. My interaction with him makes me want to keep going back to this location.”

“Great storage facility with various unit sizes. It's much smaller compared to other facilities but that makes it feel more personable and not overwhelming. Excellent staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The office sells a variety of moving supplies to include boxes, packing paper, tape, etc. Easy access into and out of the facility. The location is good; close to highway 481 with easy entry and exit. There is a U-Haul around the corner for additional supplies and moving trucks and trailers. Overall I have been satisfied with the services here and recommend it to anyone needing short or long term storage.”
“Can't say enough good things about how B&C Storage made my recent storage upgrade and move to a larger facility so easy and painless. From the moment I shared what it was that I was looking to do, the agent working with me immediately began looking for close options and then sharing dimension variations and then locations with me. Who knew I'd only have to move about 9-10 miles away. She put me at ease about how far I would have to relocate my stored belongings and gave me multiple options within 20-25 minutes of my present storage location. I chose the location and storage dimensions that fit every changing need I was going through, and then gave me a temporary passcode to look at the facility after hours by myself to make sure it was what I wanted and needed. To top it all off, I was given 2 full weeks to relocate my belongings from the existing smaller storage unit and location to the new larger storage unit and location. If they need me to do a customer experience commercial for them, I will!”

“Love love love Store America! Clean units, wonderful staff, completely secure. We (very unfortunately) had to last minute rent a unit at public storage because Store America didn’t have a second one available in the size we needed and we had to store things quick. Public Storage has been an absolute nightmare- Dirty units, (HUGE oil stain upon move in, was told “Well if you want, you can clean it before you put stuff in”, (ummmm, that’s your job), terrible policies, RODENTS, the fence around is also broken in several places so anyone can get in at anytime, just awful awful) store America had taken such good care of us, had something personal happen and was several weeks late on payment. They were patient, and even waved all fees, in doing so I was able to pay an extra month. I recommend 200%., and anyone who I know, who mentions they might need storage, I can’t say enough good things about this place when telling them to come here. Thanks guys!”

“The rental of my storage unit has been a breeze. Day 1, the new lock was inside as promised. Easy to get in and out of the unit and the facility. The whole place is well maintained, the private gate entrance helps to confirm that eveything is safe and secure. My initial call to make arrangements was very positive, reassuring, informative and up best. This is my 2nd time renting from B&C, both times were great experiences and their rental rates are very fair! I would highly recommend B&C!”
