“Michelle was great to work with! We rented for a little over 2 years while building our new house. We had 2 units, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. Both stayed dry, without pests or any other issues. We had a billing issue that Michelle was able to solve quickly and her auto payment system was great. When we were able to consolidate down to 1 unit that wasn't an issue either; can't say enough good things about our experience. Although we are leaving the state, if we ever needed a unit in the future we would certainly use her again and will certainly recommend to anyone!”
“Mark the manager at the Cicero, NY location was absolutely amazing. I was having a issue with door on my unit and it was going to be replaced but because it's been almost 6 months since I dropped off my key, he quickly resolved the issue by letting me move to a different unit. He is a very nice gentleman and quick to help in anyway he can.”

“Unit was clean and the lady that manages the facility was always super friendly and helpful. Can’t ask for anything more when it comes to a storage unit. Good size road ways to maneuver, well at least good enough for a good driver.”
