“When I went to look for a storage unit in the area this company was recommended by a fantastic service rep at another facility who knew what they had would not work. From the moment I walked in I was impressed. The storage facility is very clean and well maintained. Rissa went over the space I would need by the list of items I was bringing. She showed me units, went over how the movers could drive in. A feature I really like given upstate NY weather. They have provided the highest level of customer service and have been extremely helpful. Highly recommend!”
