“I have visited the Lululemon Store at Woodbury Commons on a couple of occasions with the goal of purchasing items for my daughter. I wanted to thank the following Woodbury Commons Lululemon employees whose service, attention to detail, professionalism, patience and kindness went above and beyond what would be expected—even in the case of this popular establishment. Brandy’s and Panda’s patience with my questions was equal to that of Mother Theresa—while the content of their responses rivaled a Google search. Brandy and Panda also kindly assisted me with my search for items that would meet my daughter’s individual tastes. Brandy’s and Panda’s professional disposition, coupled with their gregarious tone, friendly nature, knowledge of item location and stock and their ability to maneuver around the store quickly, was a welcomed escape from what I am used to in stores in this retail genre. While the store’s items are of superior quality, the real “gem” setting it apart from others in this retail space comes from the genuineness, quality and character of those providing the service. I highly recommend that those who visit Woodbury Commons to shop take the time to go to Lululemon for high quality products and, more importantly, take the time to speak to the above employees, Brandy and Panda, who will make your visit more memorable and ensure your return.”

“I accidentally left my purse at this store, and it had many important documents and personal belongings inside. Honestly, I was incredibly nervous on my way back because I had no idea whether I would still be able to find it.
When I returned, I asked an employee if anyone had found a purse. The employee immediately went to get it and handed it back to me. I was SO relieved to see that everything was still inside. I was so happy I almost cried!
I was incredibly grateful, so I brought the staff smoothies as a small thank-you. Their honesty and kindness truly meant so much to me.
