Jennifer offered to put my clothes in the dressing room while I continued to shop, as my arm became weighted down with a large pile of clothes for consideration. “Back Again for Christmas Shopping. Sales are through the roof. Great quality items. Purchased men's boots 50% off and Men white packs of T-shirts that were discounted by $15.00. Love traveling to this location store huge and many selections. Lines were quick and easy and sales agent with no attitude absolutely love it.”

“Huge Celine fan in general and first time at one of their outlet stores and wasn’t left disappointed. Definitely a hit or miss (as it’s usually the case with outlets) based on current inventory but the staff is super friendly and welcoming without being pushy or arrogant and I was able to find something nice.”

“The Brand: Hands down one of the most underrated clothing and outdoors companies out there.Woolrich is a legendary American outdoors brand that is climbing back up the ladder to its previous glory days with great designs, material, and partnerships with names such a Prima Loft, Gore-Tex, and Loro Piana among others. Some of their products are also Made in the USA and Italy. This is a luxury company that is not pretentious and for people who want thoughtfully made quality products that do not want to show off and flaunt.The Store: The store is well kept by Michelle and she is such an expert and enthusiastic about the products and each year's line up. She is the "go to" to person to ask any and all questions about inventory, design, and the direction of the company. She is a joy to work with and sold me two coats that I will enjoy for years to come.What I would like to see: This brand has so much potential and I feel that they are going through an identity crisis. They are trying to find their lane in the world of outdoor and luxury apparel. The quality is so much better than competitors like The North Face and more affordable than Canada Goose. They need to commit to to logo, decide what emblems / motifs they'll chose to represent the company, and team up with influencers, athletes, and outdoors companies to get their name out there. This is the next Moncler rising if they can get the the iconography up to where their designs and functionality meet.Michelle makes the store a great experience and does a great job representing the brand!”

I believe the associate I had the pleasure of dealing was named Brandon(I might be wrong) however he was trying to convince to me to buy a barbie Hoodie for my daughter. He was not too push about but convincing. The manager acknowledged us before we headed out. Overall always a good visit for us.”

The exchange went smoothly and I also purchased the matching jacket.The associate was helpful and professional.Nice selection, I would have purchased more but had other priorities but I will return.”

“You’ll always find something cute at this store. In the clearance section I found a pair of floral shorts for $7 dollars with a cute yellow bralette style country top for $9. I also found a CareBear book bag it’s the kid in me, that old nostalgia kicking in. Lol Since I’m a card member I got double the points this purchase. There was no lines and the cashiers were very friendly.”

“Worth my three hour drive! Customer service was friendly, welcoming and outgoing. We had a fun time at the register with the most amazing sales associate (I wished I had asked his name.). The sales associate on the floor was really nice and answered my questions about the clearance rack and timelines for winter themed shirts. Later in the day, I returned for a price adjustment, that she honored—even though it was placed on a discounted shelf by accident. We received waters and stickers too!”

“Mike was my sales representative and he was just amazing! So easy to work with and so helpful. After trying on a few different shoes that just didn’t fit right I kept looking and finally found a pair that worked beautifully. He was so patient and kind and understanding. He never complained or even showed that it bothered him to keep putting away shoes that weren’t fitting me. He would give me great advice and suggestions. Finally ended up with a really superb pair of churches English shoes, I got the monks drop loafers with the tartan plaid. These shoes are my new favorites! And as Mike pointed out the quality of these shoes are going to last a lifetime. So happy he was there to help me. I will say that there was a manager there a woman, who kept interrupting him while he was helping me. And telling him to go help other people find some clothing for their children when his hands were full with boxes of shoes for me. I found this to be offensive and very unprofessional of her especially as a manager she walked past us a few times just looking at us didn’t smile or greet us. Definitely not management material and definitely not Quality person I would expect working for Dior! Definitely should not be a manager. There’s so much more that goes along with that kind of responsibility. And the grace and professionalism that Mike had under this type of ridiculous management was extremely telling of what a quality person he is. That manager sure did not provide a very good look for the store. The other people who work there were so pleasant even when we weren’t working with them they were smiling engaging and it looked like the team really worked well together. Which was a little surprising considering the manager that was there. The girl who helped me at the register was a charming woman of color young with a short cropped hair Super adorable and so pleasant and professional. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she really shined and finished off the experience leaving me with a smile even after that awkward uncomfortable manager almost tarnished my experience. If I were to give advice I would say get rid of that manager and promote Mike or one of the other sales people to that position. It isn’t just running a store in the background or sending in what corporate wants it’s how are you conduct yourself in front of clients and how respectful you are to your team. She was not respectful at all to the people that were working there. And she was definitely not pleasant for someone coming into the store for a shopping experience to witness her behavior. But again I want to give big props to Mike. He was so wonderful and easy to work with and really cool under the pressure of her discrimination.”

Woodbury Common has established its reputation as one of the most popular, and largest, shopping outlets in the nation. it is located in Central Valley, NY, just an hour North of New York City. It is a popular day trip from New York, and as a result, many vehicles operate between New York City and the outlets. shopping location was opened in 1985 and has slowly grown over the years since. It now welcomes more than 13 million visitors a year, and it continues to grow as its current structure is renovated and new stores are added to the already extensive selection of shops. The giant contiguous outlet store now has 220 outlets and unlike neighboring outlets, it has high-end brands as well like Gucci, Lacoste, Dior, Versace, Prada, Valentino, Balenciaga, etc... The layout of the outlet shops is quite nice and cleverly done. The shops are grouped in Stepford neighborhood groupings such as Niagara, Saratoga, and Hudson Valley. so, plan your shopping properly as you can't cover the whole outlet in a single day for sure! Restaurants and eateries are prevalent in Woodbury Common, as well. If you're looking for something quick, you can check out Shake Shack, South Philly Cheesesteaks & Fries, or Au Bon Pain, among others. For a sit-down meal, it does have an Applebees! Also, there are many bistros, food trucks, and a large "Market Hall" with dozens of food stores. Parking: the first time I was seeing Valet parking in any outlet mall, we were there on the 3rd of July and the parking was almost full, of course, we were not going to Pay $10 that too in the outlet area, we searched on google and seems, the outlet has 4-floor parking garage behind Old Navy store, ample of parking.We parked at level 2 and started our shopping from old navy.”

“I did a lot of my shopping here during my college days and switched my allegiance to different brands. Lately, I have been shopping here as I have been finding pants that fit well as well as in unique colors that I haven't tried before.If you like rugby shirts, tees, joggers and sweat pants, A&F is a good stop. This location is in woodbury, and there are various other choices for stores and usually crowded.Note that the staff does their best to place the merchandise in sizes but the crowd undo the organized stack and create a mess.”

“Went to this store on July 3rd, on my way back from NY to Montreal. Bought a polo and shoes. Unfortunately, seems like the polo was not put in the bag by the cashier. Mistakes happen. Just found out about it once home in Montreal. I called the store, the cashier took my information and store manager called me the next day. He did some verifications to make sure what might have happened, and took the initiative to send me by mail the missing polo. Can't be thankful enough for his time and support.”

She was so sweet pleasant and really helped make the process so simple! She engaged in conversation with me and it was so genuine and comforting.
