“I was shopping for a particular tool box I found on the Ace Hardware website. I went to the Ace Hardware store in Plattsburgh, NY but they didn't have any in stock. I was reluctant to travel all over to other Ace stores fearing the same result. My brother-in-law was at the Champlain, NY Ace Hardware and enquired for me. The store was very busy and yet Linda and Ethan went to great lengths to find that particular tool box. My brother-in-law informed me they had set the tool box aside for me. I arrived an hour later and found the tool box was on a cart ready to go. They even wheeled it out to my car. The service was top notch! I'll be back again!”
