It just does not get any better than this. I interacted with Reagan and Miranda, however, it seems this is the 'culture' of this post office, in reading the other reviews. I hope the USPS takes care of these folks. This is the kind of service that keeps the USPS running.”
“I'd would beg to differ from the poster below. I have been using American Mail and Parcel for over two years (and before that I dealt with Shawn when he was with a different company). They are extremely prompt with their replies to emails, telephone calls etc. I think that American Mail and Parcel goes above and beyond their job descriptions. I have both a business and personal account with them and wouldn't trade them for the world. In fact, if Shawn were to leave this company and start a new one I would go there! We've built a relationship with Shawn over the past 7 years. You can't trade good customer service for anything!”
