“Honestly amazing, great size, so many services to offer and friendly staff. I was blown away by all of the amazing things they offer, from a recording studio, a teen room, coffee and tea station, mini garden and many more, I enjoyed every second thoroughly and it really had that old library charm that I love so much. If you stop by be sure to say hi to the turtle downstairs and drop a coin in the funnel there.”

“Beautiful place and hikes. The photo of the map below does not always match the names or arrow/directions posted on the trail itself––very confusing. The place is not too big where are you will get very lost, but bring a GPS app also.”

“I've got two young daughters in swimming lessons here at the moment. Due to covid, numbers are down to two per class. This obviously means almost 1:1 coaching, which is great for their swimming development and 30minutes quickly goes by. All staff are very nice and welcoming. The place is clean and well maintained. There is a good small pool for kids development, as well as an impressive Olympic sized pool. There is a clean family changing room, just with the one shower room but with three private changing rooms as well. And there are obviously other changing facilities for over 18s.Definitely a good option for sports, children or adults.”

“The true care and compassion shown to us by Evelyn, Debra, Tina, Michelle (Aide) and Barbara (Nurse) was incredible. They allowed my mother to pass in the comfort of her home of 35 years, holding my Dad's and my hand as she took her last breath. It is the greatest privilege bestowed upon us. These ladies of Hospice are true angels on earth and we couldn't be more thankful to each of them, but, especially Barbara. You make a difference in everyone's life, Barbara. Never forget that!”

“I visit the Wt Plains Y four to five days a week (we have a family members giving us access to the entire facility and classes for about $125 per month). I have found the staff to be consistently friendly, helpful and interested in making my visits better. The equipment is plentiful, never any waiting, in good working order and clean. While both pools are under extensive repair which is only to be expected of an aging facility. Our two sons learned to swim there nearly thirty years ago and now, decades later I always come away with a smile. One of the best deals in Wt Plains. Not as cool as the Orange gym across the street but far more than bright colors and lines of ponytails for a lot less money.”

“I have been with the YWCA Swim School for the past few years with my two children. There was a point where it was rough but we stuck it out due to the lovely staff and I can say that there has been such a positive change. The instructors and lifeguards are wonderful and the continued progress in my children's swimming is great. I am so happy we stuck with them. Give this swim school a chance....you will not be disappointed!!!”
