“I love these apartments. I don't need to go to a separate place to enjoy sunrise or sunset. View is so beautiful. There are benches around the lake where you can sit and relax. During summers, chairs are out at patio near leasing office too where you can enjoy your eve with your loved ones. They have spacious community center for organizing parties and have a gym too. If you get lucky, you do see deers everyday. Apartment and locality is clean and safe. UB north campus is nearby. For UB students, nearest stop for shuttle to campus is 10 mins walking distance. Maintenance staff is supportive and friendly. Ashley, the property manager is approachable, friendly and helpful. She puts in every effort to make these apartment beautiful, safe and clean. She is just awesome! I recommend these apartments to anyone looking for beautiful, clean, safe, quiet place with beautiful landscape.”
“Sue in the front office is great and very pleasant to work with. Dave who does maintenance is very prompt and does a great job. Facilities are very well maintained.”

“so blessed to get to live in such an amazing community!! the management really cares about its residents and they have so many fun events with so many giveaways and prizes and games!! the apartments themselves are worth the price and maintenance is always a call away and quick (although i try my best to not require them; other than laundry i never really needed to), the only thing is that there is a fee for lockouts and the doors lock automatically but honestly this is not an issue as long as i am conscious before leaving the apartment to always check that i have my keys, which is also a great way for me to never leave my apartment with a hurried or cluttered mind :)”
“I have lived here for seven months now and I absolutely love it here. Sandy and Joan in the office have been extremely helpful and always get back to me promptly. The maintenance crew Nelson, Juan and Tom are top notch: The few minor repairs were taken care of very quickly and when my air conditioner needed to be repaired they installed a new unit in one day. It’s a lovely setting and very private.”
“Excellent administration personnel who react to our needs promptly. Very nice community center with exercise room. Apartments are well designed, 3 hole golf course is super addition to amenities, and buildings are solid. Lawn and garden maintenance could use improvement !!! And everyone wants and needs more storage space but that is the challenge of downsizing.Love the living conditions and areaTerry and Lois Dobbins.”
“I moved into boulevard towers shortly after a divorce. After going through the extensive process and finally moving in, I must say this is an awesome place to live. From management to maintenance. The maintenance crew is the best. Even when I’ve went to management about noisy neighbors, they nipped it in the bud. The convenience of having laundry on every floor and garbage shoots as well. I love my apartment and plan to stay for a while. The convenience of having shopping areas all around is a plus.”
“From day one, I was grateful to have the chance to be in an environment where I felt safe and cared for. The staff was always helpful in the office, and the maintenance crew during blizzards and significant snowfalls, would do their best to clear us out as soon as they could get out! The pool was always clean and the grounds well kept! Thanks Park Lane for two great years!!!”

“Toured Coventry and the clubhouse and pool area is absolutely stunning. Love the look of the buildings with beautiful stone and the fact that cable television and high speed internet is included in the rent. Excellent location near all of the Transit Road shopping centers a I-90.”

“Lived here for two years and I have no complaints, management was always responsive to my calls. Extra storage space provided in the basement which is a big plus as well as high efficiency washer and dryer. Conveniently located 2 minutes walking distance to Delaware Ave and Sheridan Drive, so access to bus lines is excellent. Plaza with Tops and Aldi's is a 5 minute walk away. Not fancy, but a clean and decent place to live.”
“... Moved in 5/1/13 & have been warmly welcomed as a new resident. Management is caring-&-professional, the staff supportive-&-helpful. Clean-&-safe, I'm enjoying my 7th-floor studio apt. facing East with a view of the new Bflo. Medical Campus. My transition, from East Aurora in the Southtowns, to here has been smooth. Walgreens has been great with the move, Chuck's Deli-&-Wendy's delish! +, I'm close to Westminster Presbyterian Church, where I've sung T1 for 26-yrs. & where I rehearse with the Bflo. Gay Men's Chorus! A new HOME!”
“My daughter and I enjoyed living here. We love our neighbors, and have made many friends in the community. It is quiet where we are and the maintenance are very personable. We are moving because we need a bigger space, but all in all, we were happy for the time we had this as our home.”

“I think this is a really convinent place to live especially if you have children. The amenities are a plus. I find the office staff very easy to deal with and informative. Leasing offices deal with a lot of crazy people and I feel like this office does a really fine job individually. My apartment complex is clean. There’s a cleaner who cleans the hallways every week. I find Idylwood to be prompt with requests as well. Minor complaints so far in comparison to a lot of other apartment buildings/ landlords. As for neighbors you can’t blame the apartment buildings for dirty people. But even still it hasn’t been too much of an issue thus far which was one of my biggest concerns moving into a complex.”
