“Did curbside order pick up. Notified through app that I had arrived. Waited 20 minutes for someone. When person finally came out he said I should have come in cuz I waited too long and system didn't notify that I was there. My best buy experiences have always been quick and easy. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.”

“I highly recommend Mac Solutions Plus for anything Apple product related. I’ve been going to them for many years. The staff is very knowledgeable, always welcoming and friendly. I stopped in this morning because my face recognition was not working properly so I was having trouble accessing certain apps.
Cheryl was working at the desk & helped me immediately. She quickly identified my screensaver had a very slight crack right by the face recognition, so therefore, that’s why it was not working for me properly. She immediately removed my screensaver. Went back into my phone helped me, reestablish my face recognition, especially with all my banking & other sensitive apps.
She then reapplied a brand new screensaver perfectly, When I asked her how much, which I was obviously willing to pay, she was quick to say no charge. I highly recommend Mac Solutions Plus and Cheryl. Always a top notch experience. They are as knowledgeable and much quicker service than the Apple Store at the Galleria Mall. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Bought a new 65" TV.. needed some new wires and cables and gentlemen helping me went above and beyond. I had a couple things in my hand. He said come with me.. did you see these? Brought me to another display rack and said here trust me same quality cables at literally half the cost. He didn't need to do that. It wasn't like he was hocking Best Buy brand over another. It was legit Phillips product they had marked down. Got me someone immediately to take my new TV out to the car while checking me out. Best customer service I ever had at a Best Buy in years.”
