“This space is clean, organized, and has a wide variety of equipment that is accessible for beginners like me and varied enough for pros. Kind staff and patrons make this gym an inviting and inspiring space!”
“Called and talked to Kysean on the phone, he was wonderful and helped get me signed up on a great deal with a full explanation of what I was signing up for, great service.”

“Great gym, great atmosphere. Having a women’s section is a huge plus. One thing I would say, though, is that the equipment in the women’s-only area severely needs to be updated. The one StairMaster in there doesn’t work, and several treadmills and other machines don’t function properly. The few available free weights are way too light and old/crumbling apart, especially compared to the equipment in general area. The equipment in the women’s area is noticeably older and less well-maintained than what’s available in the general gym. There’s also no barbell bench or squat rack in there. Higher ups need to lock in with getting a sauna in women’s locker room as well— it’s been years. Overall, it’s a good gym, but these issues are frustrating and long overdue for improvement.”
“Truck driver friendly, please park in back out of sight and walk like we ALWAYS should do this privilege isn’t ruined. Showers hot, water fountain cold, all equipment up to par. Good location”
“I had a great experience visiting this location. Jenna was amazing and very helpful throughout the tour. She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made us feel very welcome. The gym looks great, and thanks to her help and excellent customer service, I’ve decided to join. Highly recommend checking this place out”

“Dropped in on a saturday morning with my Wife and the experience was excellent. Dave runs a fun class, very informative and very freindly. The regulars we metconed with were as equally friendly and pushed us during the workout. Classic Crossfit gym, will drop in again if Im back in town. Extra 6th star for the gym doggo”
