“Chris is top-notch! My wife and I, at 55 and 53 years old, are in the best shape of our lives! We thought we had tried everything and resigned to the fact that nothing seemed to work for us. At least until we met Chris. We’re down over 60 pounds collectively and we both feel like we’re in our 30’s again. The best part is that this is a manageable program that we plan on continuing with long term! Highly recommend.”

“Military memorial part of the park is nice. Bonus that it runs through Rails to Trails. Great soccer fields. Play park however, is very small and doesn't keep the attention of the kids for very long.”

“Have trained with Kevin over 2 years. Great facility and never crowded because it is private personal training. Excellent equipment. Kevin is very knowledgeable and has helped my husband and I build strength and confidence. Highly recommend him.”

“I have been a member for over years. The instructors are so motivating, I look forward to going classes. BAC has such a variety of classes; the yoga, zumba, stretch, body blast are some of the classes that have made such a difference. I love this place!”

“This gym offers a lot in terms of equipment, training spaces (basketball court, group ex room, women’s only area, turf), kids club, tanning, and hydro bed…. However the layout is INFURIATING. I say this as someone who has specifically been employed to assess ADA accessibility of training spaces, and managed more than one gym/personal training studio. The layout makes absolutely no sense at all. The footprint of the gym is long and narrow which is less than ideal, but given that footprint, you’d think more thought would be put into where equipment was placed and how it was grouped.Broken equipment takes up valuable real estate, and racks are placed far apart so plates end up cluttering the floor every where. Equipment is so close together it’s uncomfortable. The gym would do better to have less equipment and more space to accommodate flow of traffic and adequate storage. The turf is overflowing with scattered tires, steppers, and foam rollers that seemingly don’t have a place to be stored. Please please please reconsider your layout. Get a professional to come in and revamp the floor— someone with weight room design experience and knowledge of basic ADA accessibility. Also, fill the soap dispensers and sanitizing spray bottles!”
