“Love this pharmacy!! I transferred here a few years ago from another CVS pharmacy, . Greg was out of his way. He’s an awesome pharmacist always goes above and beyond. I do have a few concerns and that is with the woman pharmacist. I don’t remember her name, but she tends to have an attitude easily frustrated and not very good customer service . I Try and avoid when she is there I really need to figure out her hours so I don’t go there when she is there. Greg, keep up the fantastic job. You are so friendly and you go above and beyond all the time to help out and answer all questions and concerns. I’m glad I’m able to switch closer to my home because I was scared to as the other CVS I was at for at least 15 years and they were fast convenient and answered their phones. That’s another issue here. No one answers the phones that is the most annoying thing ever.”
“I filled my rx there because they carry the manufacturer I need. The pharmacist was nice. The tech was really great too! She is someone I would love to have as a coworker. I was there on 10/29/23”

“I had lost my phone today. Here, and my phone is also my medical device. The staff was really kind, helpful and receptive to that silly mistake I made. I got it back and with upmost respect and helpfullness 100%. Self Checkout, cart assistant and customer service. . Thank you to all ! ( and to the sweetest lady who found it in her cart ) . It could have been a really hard day and they saved it :) great care.”

“Im really blown away by the reviews I am reading! All I can say is that this location has been very helpful & ALWAYS more than kind! But really all of the “negative” reviews all consist of EXTREMELY PETTY reasons! Like your whining about having to wait 20 minutes for something or things being a little less convenient?! Really!? You’re being extremely unreasonable here & disturbingly unrealistic when it comes to the real world! And frankly I can’t help but think that it’s not this RX that’s the issue here, it’s you!
Once you’re fighting for your life and it’s these men & woman that are the ones saving it, or at the very least making it a whole heck of a lot easier to cope with - than maybe you’ll understand how this whole medical “game” works! If we all could have such simple minds!
Come on people - get a grip!”

“I’ve been a local shopper at this location for years and I just wanna share how professional the night manager is, his name is Joe and he’s always very helpful, wholesome and genuinely cares about the customers along with any concerns that has to do with food or anything to do with the store in general. I give Joe 5 stars along with the rest of the staff he supervises making sure that everything is going well, I would highly recommend shopping at this location especially when wholesome Joe is working. Thanks for being awesome Joe and I look forward to shopping at Tops again!”

“After using Rite Aid for ages, Walgreens is basically a utopia. Okay okay I exaggerate but they're always well stocked and the pharmacy employees are really efficient and polite. Ive never waited more than 5 min for a script; I'm sure it happens, just not nearly as frequently as I'm used to.”

“I see several of the negative reviews left here on Tops pharmacy Broadway Depew are recent reviews. It is true that they did get slammed as soon as Rite Aid closed. I also miss the convenience of Rite Aid Lancaster and it's drive-thru and admittedly lines at Tops to pick up your prescription were long, one time my wife counted 16 people.
Between my wife and I, there are 11 prescriptions each month, some of them are due on different days .Even with the chaos I always got my prescriptions correctly. There were a couple times I had to call about matters like explanations on specific copays and I found the staff to be very helpful, warm and friendly. 3 months later the lines have shortened and I believe they do a pretty good job of keeping the line moving.
Prescriptions were automatically transferred there from Rite Aid and admittedly I had considered maybe moving my prescriptions to either Walgreens or Walmart pharmacy after I saw the long lines. However at this point I've already gotten to know the pharmacists, they have been very welcoming and always take the proper amount of time to address any questions or issues that I might be having with a specific prescription. I wish they had a drive-thru and I also wish to the pharmacy was closer to the main entrance however I base my review on the quality service that I have received thus far.”

“We have moved into our new home at the end of December. After having issue's with Tops, Walgreens with getting the medicine filled. We found this pharmacy that could fill with all of my medications in one spot. Everyone is friendly here, this pharmacy is like a little gem 5 minutes from my house.”
