I called around 2:30 about a new grill, and by 6:30 that same day it was delivered fully assembled to my home. There was a minor issue with one burner, and Scott worked on it during a storm before having to stop because of the weather. True to his word, he came back the very next day and fixed it completely.
Scott went above and beyond, and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. This is exactly why I choose to support local businesses. Beck’s Hardware stands behind their products and takes care of their customers.

In the past, at harbor freight stores, the employee at the register what often look to see if there were any online coupons for the item purchased. That did not happen at this store either.”

I bought a large CO2 tank from them to refill my soda stream tanks at home not only am I saving big money but these people are friendly and professional. They are busy with large company business but still treated me as I was just as important as they were. I'm a customer for life even if it's a small one.”

“Why complain about their one tech guy. David is awesome and have been using him for almost 15 years. Honest, and total professional. Yes it takes a long time for an appointment with him to service my Direct Vent propane free standing stove. That’s why I DO NOT wait until the cold months! That’s how you get around that. Unless of course you have an emergency.”

“I deleted my previous review of Lowe's based solely upon my experience today. I run a Home improvement business, and needed to find a matching keypad and door knob for a customer in a hurry. I was standing in aisle 17 looking a little lost, but an associate came by and called someone for me. The first two guys helped me but had to hurry along. Anthony was a true angel; he came to my rescue. He searched and searched with me until I had exactly what I needed within my customer's budget. I appreciate the personal attention and incentive he showed to make sure I didn't leave the store empty handed.”
