“Roe Brothers lumber hardware & Kitchens is everything that a big box store offers and more. I was very impressed with all the departments tools, plumbing, electrical. Paint etc etc. While i was purchasing the treated lumber i went there for i over heard an employee telling another customer that Roe is family owned and that he had recent started working there and that the owners make him feel like he is part of the family. That was awesome to hear and i did noticed that the employees worked well together. They were very helpful to me as well as another couple who i believe were purchasing some kind of a custom front door. Without a doubt i will shop there again, i like talking to someone that knows about home improvements and the materials. i am a home owner not a contractor i need that kind of help when i do all the projects my wife has for me to do. Highly recommend Roe lumber and hats off to the customer service ! You just don't see or get that today in many places.”

“I've been with the company almost 4 years. Great products & program. Ownership is supportive, compensation is more than fair but you are expected to follow the program, work hard and you will bb succesful . The owners have gone above and beyond for me personally when it is was a struggle early on as I was rebuilding a somewhat neglected territory. The Sales VP will work and train you as needed. The Warehouse and office people are a great support and make the salespeople look good!”

I bought a large CO2 tank from them to refill my soda stream tanks at home not only am I saving big money but these people are friendly and professional. They are busy with large company business but still treated me as I was just as important as they were. I'm a customer for life even if it's a small one.”

“Made it Sunday and slept over night at a dock. They will wake you up at 3am to unload you. If you do not want to be woke up if you go in towards the docks drive all the way back and around there will be some empty spots you can park overnight until the morning. They unloaded me within 45mins but the forklift drivers are extremely rough for no reason.”

“Love going into Home Depot during Christmas time. They have great decorations! I will say there was a shortness of staff today which was very frustrating for all. Aisles were packed with merchandise though so that's always a good thing. Aside from Christmas time, my family and I purchase all of our major appliances from here. Their delivery service has always been on point! We have never had any issues with delivery or them setting up an appliance for us.”

“Let me start this review by saying that i've been here before mainly for pre pandemic supplies. Home Depot has everything you need from gardening tools, gardening supplies, flowers, grills, sheds to inside stuff like plumbing, toilets, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, paint supplies, and wood planks, tiles, piping, light fixtures for inside and outside, and everything one needs for a home and for maintaining a home. Always had no problems here, although my dad also uses the lowes in Chester maybe more than home depot, but still. Went here with my dad on Saturday March 16th 2024 to pick up some plumbing supplies. My dad was looking for a particular part actually, but we found things that worked for us. After finding what we were looking for, we went to the self checkout, and encountered a very nice employee who wished us Happy Saint Patrick's Day. think it was about 25/26 dollars for 3 items. We paid via credit card, and went on our merry way. Hope to be back soon!”

“Usually a good experience.Update on Lowes. Bought a dishwasher here on 12/2/23. They told me delivery and installation would be within two weeks. A month went by and nada! Called the store a total of 36 times trying to find out what happened. Mostly the phone wasn't answered (customer service) or I was told it was being processed. Finally I stormed up there (Middletown) to see what was going on. Was told they had lost the order. I had already paid in full for the whole thing.I canceled the order, went to Appliance City and had the product delivered and installed in 5 days.Done with Lowe's. Completely unresponsive and uncaring.Grade F.”

“I was shopping for a house plant for a friend and the first place I thought of was Lowes. They always have such beautiful flowers and plants so I naturally wanted to try them first. They met my expectation instantly because I was thinking of a snake plant since theyre so easy to care for and hard to kill. (which is necessary for my friend who has a black thumb rather than a green one) From what I understand Snake plants are the perfect starter plant. She loved it and its proudly displayed in her living room right now! Update. Went back and bought a patio furniture set. I fell in love with this set immediately. I sat on it (despite not seeing the sign saying please dont sit on display furniture) oops! It has such thick comfy cushions.. and it's super sturdy. Price was great too.”
“Will start this review by saying that i've been here before prepandemic, and probably have gotten various stuff here like lights, ceiling fans,paint, tiles. lowes is a big store like home depot with lots of choices. However, it seems nicer here because there isn't people in the front trying to sell solar panels. Anyways. Went here with my dad on Saturday April 6th 2024 to pick up some vinyl to use to seal a sink. store was very clean and organized. We also found what we needed right away, but did look in multiple aisles until we found what we wanted. we purchased a grey vinyl to help seal our sink. We paid for our product via self checkout. Hope to be back soon!”
