The Wallkill Home Depot offers a variety of products, including tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, and building materials, catering to the needs of Middletown, NY residents. While many customers appreciate the clean and organized inventory, with well-stocked shelves and tidy bathrooms, some express concerns about the staff's knowledge and availability. A few reviewers noted difficulties finding specific items, such as small pulleys or certain faucet parts, and mentioned that not all employees are familiar with the products. However, positive experiences shine through, particularly with the helpfulness of some staff members, like a friendly return counter attendant and a Special Services Supervisor who effectively resolved a complex issue for a customer. Overall, The Home Depot continues to be a valuable resource for home improvement projects, though there are areas for improvement in customer service and product availability.
