“After a week of trying to solve a "wan dering" Priority Package via tracking.... I called the actual location on Wesley St and reached DANA on a Monday. On Wednesday at 7:01 am, my package had made it from Manlius to 13208 in Syracuse !!! That's really less than 2 days!!! THANK YOU DANA 1000 x !!!!!! I tried o reach you to than k you in person but no answers at 11:50am.... The recipient is 99 and in a Hospice.... so I was definitely "antsy" THANK YOU DANA”
“I'm not sure why anyone would review a post office unless they were angry, which appears to be why most of the other reviewers rated the Caz Post Office, but here I am. I went to look at their hours on-line and noticed the poor reviews, so I got interested and read them. In any event, I showed up during their posted business hours and had a very positive experience. I needed stamps. They had them. I needed to mail some tax docs. They asked if I needed them postmarked today. I did, and they postmarked them. Five out of five.”

“Love this location. Fabulous people, who are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Don't be turned off by the negative reviews because these are made by grumpy and rude customers, who have nothing better to do than complain. This UPS store is the kind of place where they greet you by name, go out of their way to help you and they know what they're doing.
