“The driver door was a little broken. it was bent or not aliened. when you closed it you could see the ground through the crack in the door because it didn't close tight. you had to slam it really hard so it wouldn't pop open and not have a crack where the door and the frame meet. other than that the truck was clean. Had no other issues with the truck. The person where we picked up and dropped off the truck at in Chittenango NY was very friendly and nice. I will defiantly be going back there if l ever need a U Haul truck again.”
