“Because I am quite careless, I tend to break my phone more often than the average person. Due to this, I have frequented every Cricket store in the CNY area. I went in on 9/22 to replace yet another phone. The guys working were fantastic. I have never felt so UNpressured in a store. They did not try to upsell me at all and were extremely accommodating (perhaps they sensed I knew what I wanted as I am quite routined now). I feel awful but I do not remember their names... sorry guys! But I am confident I will be back soon enough.”

“I went to a different cricket and didn’t get any help and took my chances and came to this one and I absolutely love the young woman that helped me she explained what was wrong with my phone and gave me a new SIM card in under 10 minutes she’s very helpful and sweet . I would suggest coming to this cricket if you want great customer service and to be helped in a timely manner”

“Dana Salce did a fantastic job of customer service as well as effectively helping me meet my goals of getting a new phone in a cost efficient manner. It was obviously at the end of a long week as I cane in and him and his teammate were debriefing on various issues encountered. Several customers came and went while I was in this store. Dana swiftly took care of their needs while continuing my transaction that had many facets. If it was a longer need, Dana delegated the task to his co-worker. After having the transaction requiring a trade in, some adjustments to the account and other options, Dana's coworker retrieved a Pelican case from the rear of the store and expertly installed it right in the store. I am very happy with Dana's service, his co-worker's help and Dana's ability to communicate directly when he had 2-3 customers at different stages of transactions to complete. It would seemingly be very easy to be quick or perceived as rude in situations like this but Dana was composed, yet direct as he kept things moving. I am very happy with this store's ability to multi-task politely and provide an incredible product with a reminder to come back if they could help with anything in the future.”

“I worked with Caitlin McCann at the ATT store at the Destiny Mall in syracuse NY.She provided superior service. My issues with all the devices on my account wasn't an easy or quick fix. She was patient, kind, and was very professional during the multiple phone calls to customer care, port and activation, and back to customer care which totaled well over 2 hours of being on the phone. She advocated for me and helped resolve my issues with sincerity. She was absolutely wonderful to work with.”
