The Manager, Ashley, was extremely knowledgeable, very direct, and was able to not only answer all my questions, but relieve the frustration I experienced online.

“My experience with Elizabeth and Ralph was excellent. I was able to prepay my account quickly and also switch my wife from Tracfone to AT&T very quickly. I got a great deal on a new phone for my wife and Ralph took care of the phone number and data transfer from her old phone to the new one. The young lady that I just manages it very nice I call her Texas cuz that's where she's from haha been very helpful for me matter of fact I cracked the screen on my phone recently and she helped me order another one through the insurance and I'll bring it back in and she will help me put it all together. “Spoke with Bill today. I went to the tall ave store. Bill helped me getting a new phone, did not pressure me trying to go with the highest price. Gave me the best phone in my price range. Bill made sure my new phone was in working order, transfered everything from my old to my new and answered all my questions. I drove from the Solvay area to this one because the one in Western lights store were total jerks. The music was so loud that you couldn't even hear yourself talk. “My wife needed a new carrier because pay-as-you-go at Verizon was poor. I have Cricket and never have had an issue. Alex was very helpful. It took over an hour to change over from Verizon due to Verizon issues”
“Had an issue with my phone cover bubbling up. Verizon store said it'd be expensive to repair and that I ought to consider a new phone. This one was under 3 years old. Wireless Connections diagnosis the problem to the battery.Flashlight had also quit working, because of the battery. They put a new battery in it for $ 80 + (labor, new battery, etc). Phone works fine, no issues. Flashlight works fine now. Staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with.”
