“Experienced an online problem with my account that was very frustrating, and decided to go into the Clay store, in person, to see if they could help. The Manager, Ashley, was extremely knowledgeable, very direct, and was able to not only answer all my questions, but relieve the frustration I experienced online.
Would highly recommend this AT&T store location for anyone experiencing problems with their phone or account! So much easier talking with someone in person, especially dealing with a professional who has such an extensive knowledge of how things work as Ashley clearly does.”

Mike walked me through the process by looking at the plan I had and made adjustments that would benefit my plan and set up my phone and answered all my questions with compassion and kindness. “My disabled brother-in-law downstate had problems with his AT&T phone. He is housebound and cannot get out to his local AT&T T branch. Abraham and Willis from the carousel center location took care of all our needs and helped my brother-in-law with some legal issues to get his phone worked on down there. The service was excellent from these two gentlemen.”

“The woman who was working today when I stopped in around 11:30 was absolutely amazing with her customer service, unfortunately I forgot to ask her name. She was the only one working and 3 of us came in about the same time, she was able to balance taking care of us and answered the phone with the best customer service I have ever seen. I’ve worked customer service jobs most of my life and she was awesome. Cricket should give her a raise.”
