We went to other cricket stores and were frustrated with service until we came to this location and Michelle was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We were ready to leave cricket for another wireless provider but after our visit we will happily continue to be on their network.

My wife needed a new carrier because pay-as-you-go at Verizon was poor. I have Cricket and never have had an issue. Alex was very helpful. It took over an hour to change over from Verizon due to Verizon issues
