“Had an issue with my phone cover bubbling up. Verizon store said it'd be expensive to repair and that I ought to consider a new phone. This one was under 3 years old. Wireless Connections diagnosis the problem to the battery.Flashlight had also quit working, because of the battery. They put a new battery in it for $ 80 + (labor, new battery, etc). Phone works fine, no issues. Flashlight works fine now. Staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with.”

Ashley was absolutely amazing—she was helping me while also juggling two other customers at the same time, all on her own, and still managed to keep everything running smoothly. She was patient, efficient, and incredibly kind the entire time.
When Ryan arrived, he immediately jumped in to support her and helped me finish setting up my new phone. He was just as friendly and helpful, and together they made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
Out of all my years with AT&T, this was by far my best experience. Ryan and Ashley are hands down my favorite employees I’ve ever worked with. Because of them, I’ll definitely be coming back to the Camillus store whenever I need help or have questions.
