“I cannot speak highly enough of Nahari Stallworth and the service he provided. He was kind, attentive, and patient with all of my questions. He was also very apologetic about how long it took to get everything taken care of.
I would give five stars, but the wait was very long, especially with only two employees working initially. Throughout that time, Nahari was helping multiple customers while also supporting a new employee who had many questions. He remained patient and helpful with everyone he assisted.

“My disabled brother-in-law downstate had problems with his AT&T phone. He is housebound and cannot get out to his local AT&T T branch. Abraham and Willis from the carousel center location took care of all our needs and helped my brother-in-law with some legal issues to get his phone worked on down there. The service was excellent from these two gentlemen.”

“The woman who was working today when I stopped in around 11:30 was absolutely amazing with her customer service, unfortunately I forgot to ask her name. She was the only one working and 3 of us came in about the same time, she was able to balance taking care of us and answered the phone with the best customer service I have ever seen. I’ve worked customer service jobs most of my life and she was awesome. Cricket should give her a raise.”
