Honestly first time using and originally used because I needed an inspection and they are open on weekend. I had to bring my toddler but we dropped off and walked over a short distance to McDonald’s and then within 15-20 min it was done and ready for pick up but wasn’t rushed. Staff was all very friendly. No issues.
