“This bank is VERY welcoming. They assist you on arrival. However, this bank is small and the staff talk loudly so anyone can get info from your conversation. But the staff does write down pass codes and balances so nobody will know. The costumers also told me to tell you it would be nice to have candy ? on the counter. It wasn't me it was the customers. Yeah, and they said they said I 00ops I meant they like Hershey's Kisses. Yep! That's what they said...auh-huh. Not me...?”

“The staff at this branch has a long history of welcoming personal interaction with customers. We do all of our business banking with this branch and Michael, Jon-Luc, George, and the rest of the team are all fantastic. They follow up and are so thorough. When we needed help financially to bridge a short term gap in our cash flow, George the branch manager was there and pulled off a line of credit in less than 48 hours. We will highly recommend this branch to anyone that asks!Our only concern is that we feel as though M&T corporate is not supporting this branch enough with hours or staff as the hours have been significantly reduced over the past year with no sign of return. This branch is walking distance from the County Government Center and could and should be a very key location for M&T.”

“I generally avoid banks in general. Credit Unions are better in my opinion. But Wayne Bank, I believe, is the only one in Wurtsboro and the surrounding area that allows you to open a checking account with no fees attached. Usually banks will charge a monthly fee just for having an account. The savings account is not free here. You would need to have at least $200 in the account to avoid a monthly fee. The debit card for the checking account does have an annual fee of $12. That's the only downside but it'll do for now. Wayne Bank is quiet too. The service so far is great. In and out. No problems thus far. Sometimes you just a need a bank close to you in case you need cash and this one worked out for me.”

I've never missed a single payment in any loans I've had with them going back about 10 years, so apparently they have better professional judgment (using all available data of course) than most large banks. So if you're looking for a loan, skip the large banks and just go straight to them first.”

Before trying TD Bank, I visited two courier shops that advertised courier service (but the accredited notary would only come much later in the day), one credit union (the accredited notary could come in 45 minutes or so), another bank (no notary), and an “express” notary company (with no available appointments until in the evening. Well done TD Bank in Middletown.”

We had some business to handle after the passing of my grandmother and Stephanie Cushing took great care of us.
