“My mother was a victim of a scam and Kristen warned her to call me directly to confirm if I was indeed injured, in legal trouble. Because she warned my elderly mom she saved her from loosing a large sum of money. She also kept her from having a medical emergency with her calming well given suggestions to call me directly and confirm what she was told by a person pretending to be a police officer. “Not to be confused with the Spanx Of Akron, which are sexy tight girl shorts that are usually worn as underwear, and don't really feature much on the streets of Akron (unfortunately), not this Akron, nor the more prominent one 4 hours from here in NE OH. I've used the BOA (not constrictor) that isn't even in Akron a couple of times, but this was my first visit to the Bank Of Akron that is by the Pixley grocery store in Akron itself. Pretty cool location right on the edge of town when you're on your way in. They're a nicer and more congenial bank than most, and are a little bit less of a rip-off then your big box banks, perhaps more like a credit union or something, but I would still go with a credit union before a bank - even a little local one.”

“Go to CCS credit union for my car payment. Refinanced a new car loan for an extremely low rate. What I love here (even more then saving money) is how friendly everyone here is. Probably the best costumer service out of any business that I dealt with. Always friendly and helpful. I also like how I can call over the phone and make a payment or bank transaction. Makes dealing with CCS even more convenient. Absolutely recommend here if your looking for a credit union.”

“This has been my bank of choice for about 10 years now. Some of the tellers know me by name, it feels really good to walk into a bank and have a sincere conversation with tellers who know and remember you. Michelle is the best employee and it makes my day to see her. I feel safe keeping my money with them, that they won't nickle and dime me, I have never had to argue with a service rep about an overdraft fee. They have even moved money from my savings to my checking when I was about to overdraft to cover my butt. I am writing this review because they just called me to tell me that they found someone attempting fraud on one of my accounts. That is how much attention they pay to protecting their customers. As long as i live in buffalo, i will bank with BSCU.”

“I have done 99% of my banking at this specific French/Transit Rds. Depew branch since it first opened years ago. I cannot think of a single time that I was ever upset or unhappy with the service I received. Every employee was helpful in every transaction or personal business dealing we brought. If someone was unsure about a process to complete our transaction, they asked an M&T team member for assistance to get the job done. Great customer service!”

When I came into Evans in Lockport, I was actually greeted by a happy teller who was more than willing to help me with any questions I had. “My family and I have been banking here since my parents moved to Buffalo before I was born. I went to Citizens for one year and immediately regretted it. For a college kid with a checking and savings account, you can't beat the service nor customer service. I have a hassle free checking account and a basic savings account. No charges unless my savings dips below 300 bucks. Best part of KeyBank are the tellers and managers. Big shout out to Frank Pieri, Lauren Zima, Andrew, Susanna, Judy, and Lisa. They always remember me and greet me like family. Only bummer about Keybank is that sometimes the ATMs are glitchy and don't accept my checks. I've found out the way to beat this is by ending the transaction and doing it a few more times. Usually that works. All in all, love love love my bank.”
