“I took my car there after I was rear ended. For the most part everything went great. There were two issues my car had after the accident that were not addressed and I will just have to fight with the insurance about that I suppose. But I really wanted to say that I was very pleasantly surprised to not only see that my carpets had been vacuumed but that my warped mats had be unwarped and cleaned which was above and beyond repairing my car. I was so happy. The guy who did it was the one who drove me home in a shuttle and he turned out to be the sweetest, kindest, down-to-earth person. He was very warm and relatable. I would say he was the best part of the entire experience. Wish I knew his name.”

“I called Subaru with a concern regarding a scratch on my car. Within 20 minutes my car had been looked at and taken to the West Herr collision center. Chandler worked on my car and did an excellent job of removing the scratch to the point I was unable to find where it was. Samantha Gross coordinated the repair and I was home in just over an hour of the call. Thank you, Chandler for doing such a great job and also fixing another spot I hadn't seen. All free of charge!”
“I have taken my vehicles to Walden Collision on several occasions. They have repainted my Corvette and they have done partial paint repair on two of my Chryslers Town and County vans. I have always been pleased with the work that was performed. They worked with my schedule and prices were fair. I tend to be pretty fussy when it comes to my automobiles and They have always met or exceeded my expectations. I should note that I belong to an sports car automobile club and when the members saw my Corvette, they were impressed with the re-paint on my older Corvette. “got a new car battery after my old battery tested as almost failing with low reserve power. I had an idea of what I wanted from the Interstate website, I wanted to try a premium battery that I had seen. The guy at the store helped me to sort out the best option for my car. We did try the premium battery and figured out that it was too big to fit into the space fora battery in my car. We had to try another option , so I got a mid line quality MT Series battery , saved some $$ and most importantly got something that fit my car. the car does start much quicker with the new battery”

I didn't want our pastor to be strapped with a huge bill so I opted to forgo some of the work. The car was repaired for $879 which I thought was a great price and when the car was complete....I was extremely happy.Leroy was able to work fix the one area I said we'd forgo.
