“I took my car there after I was rear ended. For the most part everything went great. There were two issues my car had after the accident that were not addressed and I will just have to fight with the insurance about that I suppose. But I really wanted to say that I was very pleasantly surprised to not only see that my carpets had been vacuumed but that my warped mats had be unwarped and cleaned which was above and beyond repairing my car. I was so happy. The guy who did it was the one who drove me home in a shuttle and he turned out to be the sweetest, kindest, down-to-earth person. He was very warm and relatable. I would say he was the best part of the entire experience. Wish I knew his name.”

Referred by our mechanic of 20+ years to 3 locations, and received very fair estimate from this company with all positive recommendations. Dropped car Sunday pm, done Thursday with oem replacement bumper, straightened rear quarterpanel and necessary sensors (which all 3 shops indicated due to damage) and required paint matched perfectly. Cannot tell which side was the damaged one. Honest, efficient and skilled.”

“I am happy with the service I received recently at West Herr Toyota. I still have a potential problem with my remote release lever/cable operated by a manual release inside the driver's side door sill. It wasn't releasing, leaving me with a unlatched trunk lid. I don't remember if I had the same experience with the remote release for the trunk on my key mounted release button. I was quoted a replacement price for a new cable assembly installed. A $500.00 charge for a cable replacement seemed expensive and not budget friendly. I had hoped for more moderate pricing.
I hope it'll sort itself out and I'll use the key mounted remote consistently going forward.

“I have taken my vehicles to Walden Collision on several occasions. They have repainted my Corvette and they have done partial paint repair on two of my Chryslers Town and County vans. I have always been pleased with the work that was performed. They worked with my schedule and prices were fair. I tend to be pretty fussy when it comes to my automobiles and They have always met or exceeded my expectations. I should note that I belong to an sports car automobile club and when the members saw my Corvette, they were impressed with the re-paint on my older Corvette. I have no problem recommending Walden Collision to others. I will continue to use them whenever the need arises.”

“I called Subaru with a concern regarding a scratch on my car. Within 20 minutes my car had been looked at and taken to the West Herr collision center. Chandler worked on my car and did an excellent job of removing the scratch to the point I was unable to find where it was. Samantha Gross coordinated the repair and I was home in just over an hour of the call. Thank you, Chandler for doing such a great job and also fixing another spot I hadn't seen. All free of charge!”
