I was scheduled two days out and they offered me an option for the next day when a cancellation became available. Due to weather, we had to switch to the location on Sheridan and they informed me well in advance. The technician was done in 45 minutes. There was no wait time after I arrived - my car was in the shop immediately. They have a very comfortable waiting area with snacks, coffee, and wifi. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful.”
